Evan rubbed both of her daughter's backs.She looked up at Hikako."I don't think he will give up i think he wasn't after me but he was after the baby."She explained to Hikako."Im not even sure why he was after the baby.The only reason i can figure out is that Jonathan came from the future because our future daughter or son will be maybe full of angelic powers or something like that."She whispered to Hikako.

When Hikako heard that Jonathan had been after the baby that was still inside Evan, his eyes widened up as he looked at her in a bit of shock. "Why...--" Right as he got out one word, he heard the possible reason why he was after their children as he frowned deeply. "From the future...he can come after you a million times if he wants, but there is no way I'm going to let him take our baby away." he said as the twins just held onto their mother still smiling a little softly.

Evan nodded."Yeah.We just need to be careful."She said as she tried sitting up.She held onto her side as she sat up a bit."We should probably head home.I think its safer if we do.Im sorry this day wasn't exactly fun my beautiful twins."She said kissing the top of their heads."Hikako can you carry me to the car?I have a really bad feeling if we stay any longer."She told him.

The twins both just began smiling softly when they heard how their mother apologized for today. "Its okay mommy. As long as your safe, we couldn't be happier." Derina said as they both hugged her even tighter leaning their heads against Evan's lap, even when she sat up. Hikako just smiled softly for a moment, but when she asked him if he could carry her to the car so that they all could go home, he just nodded walking over to them. "Dernita, Derina. C'mon we're going home now. Mommy needs to rest." he said as they both nodded stepping back a little letting Hikako pick up Evan into his own arms.

Once Hikako picked her up Evan waited for Hikako to head back to the car.Evan felt extremely dizzy from morning sickness plus the blood she had lost.She couldn't get the image of blood on her hands out of her head.She thought in the twins' minds they as well couldn't get the image of their mother being injured that badly out of their minds.Derina looked up at her dad."Should we go get our things and pack them up after you put mommy in the car daddy?"Derina asked.Derina was more of the worried type of sister.She was also the shy type but she was never really shy around her family.

When Hikako began carrying Evan out of the lifeguard's house the man and woman that had worked there, were no longer there as they were actually walking along the beach looking around at the people and the water just to check for anything bad happening, such as someone drowning or a fight going on, or even possibility if something like what happened to Evan was going on. All of a sudden while he carried Evan out to the car he heard Derina's voice as he looked over at her for a moment while carrying her. "No, Derina, Dernita. You two stay in the car with your mother, I'll go get the things. I dont want you two going out toward the beach while that man is still out there, and could possibility do something to the two of you." he said as they reached the car, and he unlocked the car with the click of a button. Helping Evan into the car first, he let her lay down onto the back car seat than opening the front door so that both the twins could share one seat.

When Evan was laying down in the back,Derina got one of the pillows from the trunk they had and put it behind Evan's head.She then went back to the front seat where Dernita was.She then buckled her and Dernita in.Dernita could see Derina was scared.She hugged her sister."Mommy is going to be fine."She told her with a smile."And our brother or sister is going to be fine too.Don't worry too much Derina.Your such a worry wort."She said patting her sister's head.Evan smiled at her twins.She waited for Hikako to return.She was afraid when Hikako would get everything that Jonathan would attack.If he did Evan wouldn't hesitate to transform into her demon form.

When the twins and Evan were both in the car, Hikako nodded as he walked away from the car, but of course locking it before he reached the beach once more. Whatever he did he had to make sure if he saw Jonathan, he didnt get into conflict with him but would obviously need to keep an eye on him so that he didnt go to their car and try to hurt Evan along with the twins. Though when he had reached the spot where they were all relaxing, Hikako began to pack everything up; such as the cooler, umbrella, the large blanket on the floor to lay on and of course the picnic basket that still had all the food in it. Once everything was packed, he ran his way all the way back to the car as fast as he could since with all the stuff he was carrying again, it made it a little hard to see where he was going as it took him a while to reach to the car. But when Hikako had finally reached to the car, he popped open the trunk, just throwing everything in there and walking over to the driver seat, unlocking the door and getting in. 'Everyone ready?" he asked looking at his twin daughters than back at Evan still laying in the back.

The twins nodded as well as Evan did.Evan was planning on reading a book while Hikako drove.She was reading one of her favorite motherhood books.She enjoyed reading them since most of them were stories about women who were first time mothers and mother's who were having more kids but had different symptoms while they were pregnant.Evan liked being prepared for anything.Derina was most likey like her mother in many ways.

When Evan and the twins finally nodded, Hikako backed up the car from the parking lot of the beach and began driving away. Especially now, that it was an hour drive to get to the beach it was going to be another hour drive to get back home. While he drove he saw how the twins were beginning to play with each other once more just like when they did when they were on the way to the beach. When they were near the house Hikako sighed a little as he looked back at Evan for a moment seeing how she was reading a book, causing him to smile softly than taking his attention back to the road so that he could see where he was driving.

While Evan was reading she knew they were almost home which was a relief but her wound was starting to hurt again.Though she tried to hide she was in pain.She held onto her side a little bit as she read her book.She jusr hoped they would get home really soon before her wound would re-open and start to bleed again.If that happened she would bleed to death if the bleeding didn't stop.

Within minutes they had reached their home finally as Hikako unlocked all the doors to the car letting both the twins out first. "Here, Derina open the house door. Dernita you get some of the light things in the car and help bring it inside with your sister. When I get your mother onto the bed I'll come down and get the heavy stuff." he explained as both the twins nodded doing exactly what their father instructed them to do. Derina had run up to the house door with the house key; opening it and running back to the car helping her own sister with anything light they could carry. While Hikako had picked up Evan gently into his own arms carrying her into the house. "You'll be okay Evan...j..just lay down and relax..no one will hurt you here." he whispered once he had laid her down onto the bed in their own room. "I'll be right back..I'm going to help the girls bring in everything." he whispered once more kissing Evan's forehead softly before running out of the room and downstairs to go help the twins.

Evan nodded once he layed her down telling her he would help the twins bring everything in.She was worried he would find her.She held onto her side and sat up a little though she could feel her wound re-opening because she was moving.ow...it hurts! She thought to herself.Dernita took in anything and everything light she could and hurried into the house putting it where it belonged.She wanted to hurry and get this done so she could help her mom.When she and Derina were taking the light things the sun was gone and it was now cloudly."Daddy its going to rain."Derina said a little scared as she stood close to her sister.The twins hesitated but ran into the house bringing the last of the light things in.The only things that were left were the heavy things which were too heavy for Dernita and Derina both.

When the sun was covered and the ground seemed to be darker for a moment. Hikako looked up to the sky seeing how there were so many clouds. "You two, get inside. I'll get the rest of the things." he said toward the twins as he looked over at them seeing how they were already inside, this just caused him to smile a little before he began to grab two of the heavy things such as the large umbrella and the cooler that still had all the drinks in it. He could only carry two things at a time since if he carried too many things, he would've fallen from how much weight he was carrying. Walking into the house, the rain hadn't started yet, as he placed everything where it belonged just like how the twins did. "Derina, Dernita, go upstairs and keep your mother company. I'm almost done." he said as both of them nodded running upstairs to their parents' room seeing how their mother was sitting up. "Mommy!!" Derina yelled out as they ran over toward their mother holding their hands out to her. "L..l..lay down..your hurt." Dernita siad worried, while Hikako was outside grabbing everything else, but now getting drenched from the rain pouring onto his head.

"Im fine.You two worry to much.Just like i do."She said with a smile as she kissed both of their heads."I need you two to do a favor for me.I need you to get a damp cloth.Do you remember that stool i got you both?You both can use that to stand on if you can't reach the sink since you both are short."She said with a smile.She could tell her daughters were worried.She didn't want them to worry about her.It was only a cut.Well more then a cut.But Evan didn't like people worrying about her.She always put others' needs before hers.She was just that kind of person who didn't and couldn't be selfish weather it was a good reason or for a bad reason.Evan cared more about others than herself.

"B..b..but we worry because we love you mommy." Dernita replied as her sister nodded in agreement from just hearing how their mother told them they worried too much. Through their whole lives they had realized how worried their mother would always get when they had gotten sick, so this was probably different for her now that she was hurt and her own two baby girls were taking care of her. Once Evan had told them to get a damp cloth, they both nodded running out of the room, heading downstairs toward the kitchen as Derina had grabbed the stools placing them right in front of the sink and both of them got onto it, turning the water till it was warm. Dernita had grabbed one of the clean cloths, dipping it into the water until it was all nice, wet and warm. By this time, Hikako was already walking upstairs to Evan's and his room as he went inside seeing her laying there. "So..how does it feel?.." he asked curiously.

Evan smiled at her daughters."I know my darlings."She told them before they headed downstairs.At this point she was in a large amount of pain though she tried to hide it as Hikako walked into the room."It hurts a little."She said as she kept her hand on her side where the wound was.Once her twins returned upstairs and Derina gave her mother the damp warm cloth she moved her hand off her wound placing the cloth on the wound and gently cleaning up any of the blood around it."Im sorry im making all of you worry about me.But im fine really."She said with a smile.

Hikako gave a little frown when Evan had told him that she was still in a little pain. Looking at the wound for a moment than turning back to look at her, he just kept frowning as he reached over kissing her lips softly before pulling back. "I'm sorry..I couldnt protect you well enough." he said as he turned around when he heard the twins walking in, seeing how Derina handed their mother a warm wet cloth. "Need anything else mommy?" Dernita asked curiously as Hikako smiled and shook his head at what Evan said. "Evan...we all know, just because you say your fine..we all know your not." he said tilting his head smiling a little softly just at the thought of how their own baby daughters wanted to help so much.

She heard what Hikako said about how when she always said she was fine that meant she wasn't.Evan frowned."You know me too well.I don't want you to worry about me constantly.I somehow got myself in this mess so its not your fault Hikako or your fault Dernita,Derina.I want you to know that."She told them."Im fine for now.But i think i should change my clothes Hikako.Girls i want you to step out of the room for a second so your father can help me get changed."She said kissing both of their foreheads."Hikako i need you to get my sports bra and my underwear.I also need a gauze so i wont get anything in or on the wound to hurt it."

As Evan told them all that it wasn't their fault for what happened, Hikako contiued to smile a little as he shook his own head. "Dont worry Evan..its not your fault. If its anyone's fault..its more of that Jonathan guy..I knew he was bad news...I just couldnt really tell what was the feeling I felt about him." he said as his eyes widened up for a moment when she said that she needed to get dressed. Originally Hikako was thinking she wanted to get dressed on her own, but when she said that she wanted help from him, he started to blush a little crimson, looking down at the floor to possibility hide his own blush. The twins weren't exactly old enough to understand why their father was blushing as they just nodded leaving the room and headed into their own room to get changed into their house clothes since they were still wearing their one piece swimsuits. While in the other room, Hikako nodded when he heard what Evan was going to need as he walked over toward the drawer, picking out a gray sports bra and a blue pair of underwear for her. Than after getting her undergarments, he opened another drawer, grabbing out a roll of gauze so that Evan or him could wrap it around her wound.

While Hikako was getting her dressed she winced a few times since she was moving.She could tell she was starting to bleed again.Once she was dressed she took the rag off her wound."Okay now i need you to wrap the gauze around my wound.Then once thats done i need you to pick out one of my t-shirts and a pair of shorts."She told him as she smiled at him."Thanks for helping me Hikako."She said kissing his cheek.

Once Hikako had gotten Evan dressed with her undergarments, he suddenly heard her tell him to get a t-shirt along with a pair of shorts. So he just nodded walking back over to the drawer, opening it searching through it to find something good for her to wear. All of a sudden his eyes widened up when he found a shirt he kinda liked, laughing a little he grabbed one of the t-shirts out showing it to her. "How about this one?" He asked chuckling a little as it was yellow that had the words 'Best mom ever.' in black on it. Once he had the shirt holding out to show her, he reached back into the drawer grabbing a pair of dark bluish shorts for her.

Evan chuckled."that one is good.I am a great mom."She said with a chuckle.Once she was dressed and had the gauze on her wound she smiled."Thanks for helping me.Now tonight you get to cook since i can't exactly cook or my wound will re open all the way."She said with a smile and kissed his lips and hugged him."Well you can carry me downstairs if the twins want me to watch cartoons with them since i can't exactly walk or else i'll bleed."

When Evan said that she would wear that shirt because she truly was a great mom. Hikako could hold down a laugh as he just let it right out shaking his head a little. It was true, she really was the best mom ever. So when she told him he would have to make dinner tonight, he just smiled and nodded. "Yeah, Okay, I can do that. So when its time. I'll carry you downstairs so you can be with the twins, and I'll tell you guys when the food is done." he said kissing her back right onto the lips gently.

Evan nodded."Your a great husband and a great father you know that right?"She said with a smile."Well i am ready to go downstairs."She said happily.Even though she was injured she didn't let that ruin her mood.Evan was still going to make this vacation the best vacation ever no matter what.She was not going to let Jonathan get in her way or anyone else.
