Once Hikako was fully transformed into his demonic form, he saw how Jonathan's gun had turned into a knife as it was stabbed into Evan tightly. Just seeing that, he gasped suddenly disappearing from the bed and appearing right in front of both their faces, grabbing onto Evan and vanishing once more, reappearing downstairs in the basement where the kids were. "Derina..Dernita...take care of your mother...I'm going to deal with something.." he said with his voice sounding completely demonic as he vanished once more appearing back in their room glaring at Jonathan. "You know...?...you got some real nerves to dare do that to my wife." he said tilting his head and crossing his arms.

When their father had appeared right in front of them in his demonic form. Dernita's eyes widened up from both shock and fear of seeing her father like this. Though at this point, she couldnt bother to be like that as she saw how her mother was hurt really badly. Running over she looked back at her sister for a moment. "Derina! H..help me!"

Derina nodded.She got the first aid kit and lifting Evan's shirt up to where the wound was."Mommy....is badly hurt."She said and wrapped the bandages around her wound on her stomach.Once she bandaged her mother she then closed her eyes and levitated her on a more comfortable place.She had been using her powers behind her parents backs due to she found out about them first.Derina then hoped her mother would stay alive."Mommy should be okay until daddy is finished upstairs."

Meanwhile Jonathan laughed."Its all for the greater good for the underworld."He told him smirking.

Once their mother was all wrapped up in the bandages at her own wound, Dernita stood right at her sister's side unaware that she was using her power since she hadn't learned about her own just yet. At this point, Dernita was shaking in fear about even thinking on how her mother was hurt again and possbility their father would also get hurt at this point. So just thinking about that, she couldnt stop crying at all, as tears kept rolling down her cheeks nonstop.

Hikako's eyes widened up even more with anger when heard Jonathan say that it was for the greater good for the underworld. "The....underworld...?" he asked lowering his head as the demonic aura that surrounded him started to turn pitch black as if it were ooze. "You....think...just because your from the underworld..I'm going to let you kill my wife..and my children..?" he asked slowly glaring up at the man with his eyes now rather than blood red, were now pitch black. "you have no idea....who I am..do you..?"

Derina held her sister."Shh..its okay.Mommy and daddy are going to be fine.Our brother or sister will be fine too don't worry Dernita.We just need to keep mommy safe."

"No i don't.Its not like your the source of all evil.Not even you have that much power."He said with a laugh and pointing his hand to his throat that changed into a blade."The under world is where all demonic beings are born from and go to.We teleport from plain to plain in the underworld.And since the source of all evil knew about you two he wanted you two.But i decided i would kill you all instead of letting the source of all evil get you."

Just being held by her sister, Dernita frowned deeply and kept her own arms around her sister; Derina nodding. "I hope your right.." she said with a shakey tone in her voice along with her voice still sounding tearful from all the crying she had done. Though just being in her sister's arms, made her feel a little bit more confident that everything would be okay.

After hearing what Jonathan said, Hikako stared at him for a moment with a dirty glare in his eyes. "Source...of all evil...hmph...your talking about the damn devil..aren't you?" he asked as a grin slowly went across his lips, having a feeling that when he talked about the underworld, he was talking about hell. "So...your telling me...you think your going to be enough..to kill me..my wife...and my children..?" He asked as he lowered his head back again starting to chuckle a little. "Your telling me...you think I dont know what it feels like to be in the underworld?...you have got it all mixed up. I know..exactly how it feels to be down there." he said raising his head once more and appearing right in front of the man, grabbing him right by the throat and throwing him out of the bedroom window.

Derina rocked her sister and stroked her hair to calm her down."Its alright.I know everything will be fine.I know daddy wont let anything happen to you,me or mommy and especially not to the baby that is inside mommy."She told Dernita.

Jonathan was shocked with the strength Hikako had.Once he was thrown out of the window.He gave up on him for now and dissapeared without a trace.He went back into the underworld where he came from to keep up his strength.He was week in the human world since in the underworld is where he had most of his powers.

Dernita finally took a deep breath as she sighed nodding to what her sister said as she rested her head onto Derina's shoulder gently trying to stop crying and hoping that their father was safe. "I...I hope your right." she said with a little whisper as she gasped when she heard a loud crash from upstairs. It was the sound of Jonathan flying out of the bedroom window, but she didnt know that, so she hugged her sister even tighter in fear that their father was hurt.

Hikako on the other hand saw how Jonathan had disappeared as he frowned deeply, sighing deeply and letting his human form appear once more rather than his demonic form. Slowly he left the bedroom, heading downstairs toward the basement trying to open the door, but realizing it was locked. "Derina..Dernita. Open the door please, its dadddy. I'm fine and that guy is gone."

Hearing her father Derina opened the door with just moving her hand.She then continued holding Dernita."Its okay Dernita its daddy."She said with a smile.Evan was awake a little bit but barely as her stomach was in pain from being stabbed.The bleeding didn't stop though.She had curled herself up in a ball holding her stomach.why...why is he after me and my family!?I want to know the real reason behind all of this. She thought to herself.

When Derina had opened the door, Hikako smiled and walked into the basement, leaving the door wide open as he climbed down the steps, walking over seeing how their daughters were hugging each other. "Dernita..Derina..its okay, hes gone." he said toward them as he looked toward Evan next, seeing how she was in so much pain. Frowning deeply, he walked over toward her placing one hand onto her chest gently. "Evan...we need to get you to a hospital...unless...you want to try to use the demonic energy..again." he whispered to her so that their daughter's couldnt hear them and ask what they meant about 'demonic energy'.

Dernita at the time now, just smiled softly when she heard her sister say it was only their father. She took another sigh of relief as she looked at their father for a moment than went right back to hugging her sister.

"We need to go to the hospital...i don't want to put our daughters in anymore danger."She told him as she winced."You need to carry me."She told him as she held onto Hikako's hand that was on her chest."I do not want..to loose the baby."She told him as she tried to keep any tears from falling.

Derina hearing the conversation except for the demonic part she stood up."Should we get the car ready dad?"Derina asked worried about her mother's health.

Hearing how Evan would rather go to the hospital, Hikako nodded with a little frown. "Okay, lets get you going than." he said wrapping his arms under her body and picking her up into his own arms gently. Suddenly he heard one of his daughter's ask if they should get the car ready, he looked over at her giving a little forceful smile at first, in his head, he knew that if he were to go into his demon form and run toward the hospital, they'd make it in seconds rather than minutes, but the thing was, if they did that, both their daughters would know that their own father wasn't human along with the people at the hospital knowing as well. "Yeah, get the key and open the car door. I'll be out right now." he said running out of the basement and straight outside waiting for their daughter's.

Dernita nodded at what their father said as she looked over at her sister for a moment. "You go help mommy and daddy. I'll get the keys." she said releasing the grip around her and running upstairs toward the living room, looking for the car keys.

Derina nodded and opened the door in the basement all the way.She helped her parents get outside.She hoped her mother was alright.The bandage Derina had put on Evan was already becoming soaked in blood.

When Evan was scooped up into Hikako's arms,Evan curled herself into Hikako holding onto his shirt and having one hand on her stomach.She hoped they would make it in time."Hikako...what if i have to stay in the hospital...?"She asked looking up at Hikako as she felt some of her tears falling down her cheeks.

When Dernita had finally found the car keys, she ran right outside of the house seeing how Derina and Hikako had already helped their mother into the car. "Here are the keys daddy!" she yelled out, running over toward both her father and mother.

"Derina, Dernita, get in the car and start it up." Hikako said as he turned to look at them only for a moment, before looking back at Evan laying in the car. When she started to cry and asked him if she stayed in the hospital, he frowned deeply shaking his head. "If you stay in there hospital..me and the twins will stay there with you. We wont leave you alone..not with the possbility that Jonathan could come back for you." he said, leaning over into the car and wiping away her tears, than closing the door. Hikako quickly ran to the driver's seat as he got in and drove away with the twins along inside the car.

Evan just nodded to what Hikako said.Once the car began to move out of the driveway,Evan held onto her stomache feeling her hands becoming covered in her own blood.Derina could see the blood on her mother's hands."Daddy hurry mommy...she wont stop bleeding."He told her.She was scared for what would happen once they would get to the hospital.She knew her mother didn't want to loose the baby.

Once Hikako had finally backed up the car from the driveway and drove away toward the hospital, he heard what Derina said as he turned to look back at Evan, to see how she was bleeding even more now. Her entire side was beginning to get covered in blood as he gasped, driving toward the hospital even quicker than he did before. Once they had made it toward the hospital, Hikako quickly parked the car right in front of the ER office, as he looked over at his daughter only for a moment. "kids, lets get your daughter in there!" he said, quickly opening his door and running over toward Evan's side, picking her back up into his arms than running into the ER. "Somebody help me! M..My wife is about to die!!" he yelled out as a bunch of nurses and doctors gasped looking over at Hikako, running over toward him with a big bed on wheels. "Put her on." one doctor just said, as Hikako placed her down onto the bed gently running with the doctors to get to a room.

Meanwhile when Dernita had heard her father tell them to get out of the car and get inside with him. She nodded with a frown as she looked over at her sister for a moment. "C'mon sis! lets go!" she yelled out, getting out of the car and chasing after her father and the other doctors.

Derina quickly got out of the car and held onto Dernita's hand quickly rushing to where her parents were.Evan had gone unconscious again once they made it to the hospital.She was still alive but just barely.They made it in time thankfully.Her shirt was completely blood stained.The nurses had changed her into a night gown so it would be easy access to get to her wound.The nurses rushed her into a private room in the critical condition area.They didn't let Hikako or the twins in yet.They hooked her up to the machines and got her IV's onto her body.They then put an oxygen mask onto her face to keep her breathing up and began to work on her wound.She was bleeding a lot.

After 4 hours in the waiting room they managed to stabilize Evan along with saving the baby as well.The main doctor came out to the twins and Hikako.He had blood all over the doctor's gloves.The doctor appeared to look like a boy but when the doctor took its mask off it was a female."We managed to stabilize Evan.Her wound was quite deep but we managed to safe the baby as well but we might have to keep her in the hospital for a little while until its safe for her to go home."The doctor though was not human.She was a different being like Evan and Hikako.
Evan tugged on Hikako's shirt and whispered."Dad the doctor she isn't human i can sense it."She told him.

When the nurses and doctors had taken Evan into one of the private rooms to be worked on. Hikako sat right in the waiting room, on a couch with both his daughters next to him. Even though Hikako was more of the adult he was still fearful more than anything about how Evan's condition was the whole time. Though, after the four hours had passed by and a doctor came out telling them that both Evan and the baby were saved, he sighed with relief. "Thank you." he said, as his eyes widened up when he heard one of his daughters say that this woman wasn't human. At the time, Hikako hadn't been thinking about that, but now paying more attention he could tell that this woman really wasn't human either; but he dared not to say anything about it. "can we see her?" he asked curiously still keeping his arms around his daughters, even though Dernita had fallen asleep on her father's lap from being so tired.

"Yes you can.Though for now she is unconscious.She will wake up once you are there i think.That usually happens."The doctor explained."Just push the call button if you all need anything."She said as she walked off.Derina then got up off her chair in the waiting room and held onto her father's hand waiting for him to get up and either wake or carry Dernita.Derina was in a hurry to see her mother.She was worried about her.Though she was happy to hear that the baby was alive.

When the doctor said that they could visit Evan now even though she was unconscious, Hikako smiled softly nodding. "Thank you doctor." he said as he saw how Derina was the first one to get off the chair, he simply smiled softly, picking up Dernita into his own arms rather than wake her up so that she could sleep peacefully. Walking into Evan's room he saw how she was completely unconscious. "Wow...she really is unconscious..." he said with a whisper, walking up to her side of the bed.

While Evan was unconscious,her body layed still.She had the oxygen mask on.Derina held onto Evan's hand.Evan could feel Derina's hand but yet her body wouldn't let her wake up.She wanted and needed to wake up.why can't i wake up?Dammit come on wake up!I need to go back to my family.I don't want to end up in a coma because of this and letting my family live there lives while im stuck in a hospital bed!

As Hikako had walked into the room with the twins, he saw how Derina had walked over toward her mother's side grabbing onto her hand gently. Seeing as how she didnt wake up at all, he frowned deeply and leaned over the bedside, giving her a gentle kiss onto her forehead. Meanwhile, Dernita had stayed in her father's arms, cuddling closely to him as she stayed sleeping peacefully in his arms. He did wish Evan would wake up and see them, but knew that from all the pain that had happened and the medicine that the doctors had probably given her, she was asleep so that her body could regain all of its own strength to heal her own wound.

Feeling the kiss on her forehead she wrinkled her nose a little and opened her eyes a little bit showing her purple eyes to Hikako.Evan squeezed onto Derina's hand."Mommy!"She exclaimed happily.She then looked up at her dad."M-Mommy's awake daddy!"She exclaimed.Evan felt a head rush."Ow my head....what happened..?W-Where am i?"She asked as her eyes looked around the room.

When Evan had wrinkled her nose a little and reopened her eyes, Hikako smiled softly looking at her and simply tilted his head. "Hey there sunshine." he said as he heard how Derina was so happy that she couldn't help but yell, he just chuckled a little shaking his head at her. "Yeah, I know. Shes okay now." he said looking back over at Evan when she began asking questions. "Your in the hospital, remember?"

Evan started to remember."Now i remember."She said as Derina hugged her mom.Evan stroked her daughters hair with her fingers."I will probably have to stay in here for a couple of days huh?"She asked looking up at Hikako.She saw Dernita sleeping in Hikako's arms which made her smile."How long..have i been out?I mean how long i've been unconscious."

When Evan asked that she was going to have to stay in the hospital for a couple of days, Hikako tilted his head and nodded a little. "Yeah, you kinda will, but dont worry. We'll stay here with you until you get out. Right Derina?" he asked looking over at her with a gentle smile on his face. Suddenly when she asked how long she had been unconscious, he shrugged his shoulders a bit. "About four hours."
