Ok Sorry... yesterday was a mess... as yall know Lilly woke up at like 5 and got sick... so i had to clean her bed and her, not to mention i had just go to sleep at like 2 or 3, but she didnt wanna go back to sleep so i had to bring her into the den and put her in her playpen and turned on her disney shows to occupy her while i tired to get some sleep... which didnt last long cuz at like 7 or 8 my door with serving me with visitation papers from my ex for lilly... and then now cuz were livin w/ my parents and they make too much fucking money i cant qualify for any free legal help and i cant afford and attorney so now im screwed and prob gonna be taken to the cleaners cuz i cant get any help.... Sorry for the cussing and such....

Well how about asking your parents for help? Maybe they can hire an attorney for you?

Plus, how can you not qualify for aid? You're a single mother!!!

Maybe you can represent yourself in court?

Pay for an attorney out of Lillys ssi money... is about the only option cuz my parents dont have a stash of money anymore and are kinda strapped cuz they just bought a new car.... so they cant really help or pay for it... im just so scared ima lose my ass on it...

You should try asking your parents for advice. Maybe they can help in some way though it may not be monetary wise.
