Then the best thing for you to do is try to force yourself to sleep, one of the things I find that really helps me go to sleep or relax is a hot cup of tea with some honey mixed into it. Perferably white or green tea, or something without caffine. Anything with mint would have the reverse effect on me because I would be in the bath room all night trying to keep my dinner down
