rena is good. she went out to eat, had a bad experience with the food and the customer service, and then went to the cheesecake factory for cheesecake. mmmm.... it was good. :D i had mango key lime cheesecake.

I hate when I get bad service.
Then they expect a tip. (Depending where you go, of course.)
Oh, yum! I haven't had cheesecake in such a long time!

they didn't come out to see how we were doing, the guy argued with my mom when she complained, and yeah...
