I can tell you all why Chey can't. If she reports him, she loses her piano teacher. If she loses him there isn't a person to replace him and she will lose her chance to get a music scholarship that she needs really badly. If she doesn't get that then she won't be able to go to school for performing arts and that would really suck. I told her the same thing and I understand why she didn't report him. Just be her friend and if she needs help to cope with it just be nice about it okay???
