i just recently got promoted from volunteer to actual job..bout damn time, i've volunteered for a while. now if only the humane society would pay me a bit, i have volunteered since i was 14.....every week, every saturday, rain shine, sick or healthy...

aww thanks. I like animals, they make me smile, never not had one by my side, ever since the day i was born i had an animal with me. they helped me when i was a kid. I recall being one of the few kids not scared by parrots or anything big...my parents were all "don't touch that honey" "...but why?"

Rabbits aren't mean =(. I love bunnies, my ex had a bunch that were born when I was down there visiting her. That is fine panther, I am also glad to see another Christian on here. I noticed you were in the groups.

Every Rabbit bites me if I feed it, pet it, or otherwise come within range, and I have no idea why. my buddies at home have bitten my hands multiple times. just cause i put food in their bowl.

I look at whats in his hand, and it's a freaking parakeet...I did not know that was possible.

several reasons. reason number one we'd unbalance our ecosystem, and we'd have many more extinct species.

2- if we got a poisonous one, we'd have no antidote of any kind if someone got bitten, the best you could do is try to flucsh it with antibiotics, if its early enough

3-never been introduced

also, gerbils are illegal, hampsters are illegal, iguanas are illegal, basically, if it isn't here already and it's not part of the zoo, it's illegal.
