I've never broken my wrist, torn two ligaments in my right hand though. That hurt like a banshee, also the last time I played football xD

Then most likely you have a sprain not a break. If you can feel pain then it's not broken. Hopefully, your wrist heals up quickly though. I know how that feels not being able to have full use of your hand.
