Reading through the thread I can say that EMA stands for Educational Maintenance Allowance. I'm getting mine in January, £30 a week.
Also yes, you can only get banned if there is a good reason to ban you, such as flaming, excessive spamming, trolling, harassing, hacking or just general behaviour that is damaging to the site. Though usually if your main gets banned for something the mule would too, it just seems logical.
