Yeah, well, jake posts everywhere, i'm sure he'll come back sometime.

Jake is a great guy he just needs to learn to lighten up a little bit. He took offense by that, when I meant none by it, I was just trying to point out to him that you shouldn't do that. It's rude and also a rule not to.

I think maybe you might have said it a bit too harshly and came off as a bit rude yourself.
I didn't see what jake said as rood, and it wasn't like he posted a link, but I guess rules are rules.

Just right now your thread, Desi's thread and this are the only hangouts that I am going to be on at all any more. I think three threads is enough for me to be on, if people can't find me then they need to move around a little and help support two of my closest mene friends.

Commonly used health and safety terms

· COSHH- Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health 2002

· RIDDOR- Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995

· PPE- Personal Protective Equipment e.g. safety shoes

· Risk- the consequences of a hazard e.g. injury to back while lifting a heavy object

· Hazard- is anything that could cause harm to anyone e.g. a slippery floor



Benefits of health and safety procedures

· People take pride in their own work

· Gives the establishment a good reputation

· Staff will not need to take time off work

· Reduces the risk of food poisoning



Costs of poor health and safety standards

Well, I am not the type that gets excited by just anyone. As for Jake, well he is that kind of person that he will make everyone feel that way.
