Bella, when i was like... 7... i had a catnip plant in the window for my cat. i loved how it smelled and one day learned that it was edible. So i took off a leaf and found that it tasted like mint, but not too strong. IT's not wierd to have catnip in your tea. If you don't like it, just check what's in the tea before you make it.
