Riku stood there silently for a few seconds before going over and dropping on his bed. He was shaking his head slowly, thoughts racing through his mind. "No.... Axel won't have his way... Roxas isn't the kind of guy to give in easily." he said confidently, knowing he was right. With his thoughts cleared, he turned his head towards Sora. "You draw?" he asked, curious. "Can I see some pictures?"

"Yeah... I got it..." Roxas muttered, his face turning a very dark red. He turned slowly and followed after Axel. After locking the door behind him, he hurried to catch up, trying desperately to get rid of the blush. He was... cute? Did people even use that do describe people anymore? The last thing he was called was annoying. But then again. It was from Riku... The last girlfriend he had said he was hot... Okay.. He was confusing himself. "When you say I'm cute.... do you mean like a puppy-dog cute or what?" he asked, trying to straighten his thoughts out.

Sora shrugged slightly when he spoke about Roxas still a bit jealous but he smiled when he talked about the art. "H-Yes I mean. I do. I've been doing it for a bit and hope to become manga illustrator when I get older." he said as he turned a bit more towards him. He didn't have his anime style art with him since he'd let his mother have the other sketch book for her birthday so she'd have a piece of him with her always. He had his regular sketch book where he'd drawn his mother in a realistic way. "I let my mother have my other one." he said as he handed it over to him. The book was filled with little pictures of his mother, grandmother, Axel with his hair on fire, and random students in his class.

Axel looked back at him. "What do you mean? I just think your cute as in...cute. And no...I don't think your puppy dog eyes. How about handsome? That better. Either way I just think your attractive." he said as he smiled at him. He wasn't sure why he'd asked that but he answered it as best he could.

Riku took the sketch book and began flipping through it. He looked at each one carefully and laughed when he saw the one of Axel... "These are really good." he complemented. "I hope you reach you're goal." he said. He made a mental note to read the mange whenever it came out. He was silent for a few seconds, looking at the pictures of his family. "... Why are there no pictures of you're dad?" he asked, hoping he wasn't prying too much.

Roxas was silent for a few seconds before nodding. "Right. Thanks.." he said, falling in step behind Axel. "But. Just so you know. I'm not interested in you like that." Even as he said that, he knew it wasn't completely true. Sure. Axel had to be the most attractive man he's seen before, but there was no way he was going to let the other know that.

Sora stopped and looked away for a few seconds before looking back at him. "Because I don't like or even know who my father is. My mother told me that he left us when I was just born. He didn't want to have a son...I'm not sure why...but I don't care to. I'm fine with just my small little family." he told Riku as he tried not to look angry. He hated his father for what he'd done to his mother. He still finds her crying at nights and its been 20 years.

Axel stopped dead in his tracks. "Really? Not even a little?" he asked as he looked back at him. He was blushing a bit when he realized he'd said that little faster then he meant too. He also hoped that it didn't sound like he was disappointed. He didn't like others knowing how he truly felt and when he let it slip it was rare.

"I'm sorry to hear that." he said, dropping his gaze. "I didn't mean to make you upset." He shifted uncomfortably, wishing he hadn't brought it up in the first place. He looked at the pictures a few seconds longer before handing the sketch book back to Sora. "Here.." he muttered, not looking at him. He hoped he wasn't hated now. That was the last thing he wanted.

Roxas quickly stopped before running into Axel. He raised an eyebrow as he looked up at him and put on a thoughtful expression. "Well..... Maybe just a little..." he said, trailing off. "Only like this much." He held his hand up with his fingers close together. Sure. That was an understatement of how he felt, but Axel didn't need to know that. He gave him a light push to get him walking again.

Sora just smiled. "Oh don't worry about it. Its all good." he said as he took his book back and slipped it onto his pillow. He made sure he knew where his pencils were before he looked back at Riku. "I-I could always draw you if you want me too." he said as he blushed slightly. He couldn't help it. He wanted to draw Riku and it was either with him knowing about it or behind his back and he'd rather not have the same relationship as he did with Axel.

Axel smiled and started walking when he was pushed. "Oh then there's hope yet." he said smiling more. He was just glad it was something. He really did like Roxas and even if he did act like a total idiot he didn't care. He just hoped to eventually date him.

He was happy that he didn't seem to upset with him. When the offer was made to draw him, Riku looked at him then. He thought it over. "Sure. Sounds good to me." he said, smiling at Sora. "Just tell me when and where." He was filled with curiosity how it would turn out.

Roxas smiled and followed after him. 'You have no idea.' he thought. "Maybe. Maybe not." he said, deciding to mess with him. It was more fun this way. And he was curious as to what Axel would do as long as he thought he was uninterested. Once Roxas shows interest, it might make him happier. But there was no fun in just giving in right away.

Sora blushed a bit more. "Um, Could I draw you right now? You don't have to pose or anything. You could do what ever you want..." he started to trail off as he thought of what he could draw Riku doing. He was unsure but it would come to him when he was finished with his face. It usually did. Like with Axel. He was angry and just started to draw him and finished the picture the way he felt. He wondered what he would want Riku to do.

Axel smiled happily as he lead the way to the club. When they got to the front door Axel walked in with no problem since he'd been there multiple times but the bouncer stopped Roxas. "Sorry man. He's with me." he said as he waved his hands a bit. "I'm sorry I forgot to introduce you to him. Its my new room mate. Roxas, this is Sam. Sam this is Roxas." he said introducing them and Sam watched Roxas a bit but let him in. "Sorry about that Roxas. He's....a big teddy bear and wants to meet all the new people who come in just for reference if anything happens." he explained as he walked into the lightly lit place. The band was just starting to set up. "I usually get here early to help set up. Would you like to help?" he asked as he started to walk towards the stage.

Riku was silent for a few seconds as he thought about it. "Yeah. That's fine by me." He didn't really have anything to be doing though and he didn't want to just sit there. He'd get bored too quickly. He did have a report to be working on... But that wasn't too much fun. "Do you care if I just read a book or something?" He held up the book he was currently reading, The Kite Runner.

Roxas nodded politely to this Sam as he was introduced, but still felt kinda nervous. But with Axel's explanation of him, he relaxed. He smiled happily as he looked around the club. "Yeah. I would love too." he said, following him to the stage. He loved being onstage. It was, after all, his goal to be a famous singer one day. Maybe if he could ever get a band... Maybe one day. "What do you need me to do?"

Sora smiled happily as he got his things spread out all around him how he liked it whenever he was drawing. He looked up with a pencil in his mouth the one he'd chosen to draw with. "No, that's fine." he said as he looked back down at the sketch book in his lap and started to think about the picture he was going to draw. His face changed as he let his mind wonder.

Axel smiled as he talked with one of the members. His smile faded as he sighed. "We might not have to do anything. It seems the singer and one of the guitarists didn't show up. I mean. I can cover the guitar but I can hardly sing in the shower if I know someone's listening so...it looks like they might just get a dj to do tonight." he said as he looked back at him with a look that made it seem like his heart was broken. This was a once in a life time opportunity for him and since there was no singer it was out the window now.

Riku smiled lightly at him before dropping his gaze to the book. He scanned the page, trying to remember where he was. After a few seconds though, he gave up and just decided to start at the top of the page. His gaze kept going to Sora then back down to the page. He was wanting to watch him draw. But he knew he was supposed to be sitting still, so he tried to keep his focus on the book.

Roxas had watched him talk to the band, waiting patiently. But when he returned, he didn't like the look on his roommate's face. "Really...." he was silent for a few seconds. "Well. I can sing for you! I mean, if the other guys wouldn't mind." he saidd, indicating the band. He didn't want to seem to eager to do it, but hoped he could. This could be his first chance to actually sing in front of a large group of people.

Sora looked down at his blank page turning his head from side to side just letting his mind wonder before he picked the pencil out of his mouth and started to draw out the side of his face. He looked up every few seconds to make sure he was doing it right. He was a perfectionist.

Axel's eyes lit up. "REALLY!" he practically yelled as he gripped his hand. He pushed him towards the other two, the bass and drumer who were staring at Axel with a questionable look. "I found our singer." he exclaimed as he smiled more. He could light up the room with the smile that was on his lips. They didn't look to convinced. "I guess they'll have to hear you." he said as he looked down at Roxas.

It took about 10 minutes before Riku realized he was reading the same line over and over again. None of the words seemed to click in his head. It took all his willpower not to growl in frustration. He looked over at Sora, deciding to watch him for awhile. Whenever he saw him look up, he would quickly drop his gaze and act like he was still reading. He didn't want to make him uncomfortable.

Roxas felt his heart skip a beat as he looked at Axel's smile. He wasn't aware of the fact he was being pushed and stumbled slightly. He blinked a few times as he looked at the band members, his face a light red. "Uh... Well..." he paused, extremely embarrassed. "What should I sing?" he asked.

Sora smiled happily as he finished the outline of his face. He looked so concentrated as he started to draw his eye. "C-Can you look up at me for a little bit?" he asked blushing a bit. He needed to see what his eye looked like opened more. He was a bit embarrassed for asking but he wanted to get everything perfect.

"Do you know this one?" the drummer asked as he held out a book with all their music in. "Its Within Temptation- Somewhere?" he asked as he sat back more. They wanted this to be the song they set as their beginning song. They loved the way the notes went and how dark it sounded. It fit today's theme of dark music.

Riku smirked lightly as he lifted his gaze to look at Sora. He made sure not to look like he wasn't staring. He didn't want to creep out his roommate. "Yeah. I don't mind." he said, marking his page. He put the book to the side and leaned back. It wasn't as if he was able to focus on it anyway.

Roxas took the book and flipped through it. "Yeah. I know it." he said. It scanned his mind for the words, wanting to remember it without having to be told. "You start playing and I'd be able to sing it." he said.

Sora blushed a little as he smiled. "Thanks." he said as he moved against the wall more and smiled at him. He looked at his eyes for a few seconds then started to do the outside then looked back up before he started to do the detail of his eye, the way it curved, the way it went in, the feeling that he thought that Riku was feeling. Everything.

Axel grabbed his guatur that he always left her and got in his normal spot. The other two seemed to hesitated then started to get their things together. He smiled at the band mates as the drummer hit his stick together three times then started to play the song. Axel feel in beat with them as they started to make the most wonderful sounding music.

Riku fought off the smile that threatened to show. His heart seemed to speed up everytime Sora looked at him and he almost dropped his gaze in embarassment. Almost. But he wanted this picture to be good for him and knew that he wasn't supposed to move, so he sat there, still, fighting off a blush.

Roxas watched as they all got into posistion. He felt really nervous and he knew he needed the bandmates approval before he'd be allowed onstage. These thoughts didn't help much to calm his nerves. But when the song started he took a deep breath and started singing. ((Sorry.. Don't know the words or I would have put them. ^^'))

Sora finished his eye and smiled up at him. "Okay. You can move now." he said as he looked back at his work and started to work on the detail of his hair. He saw a hair out of place and without thinking he stood up from the bed and crossed the room. He leaned forward and brushed the hair into place. "There." he said as he went and sat back in the corner of his bed, his back against the wall, and his art things all around him.

Axel was a little surprised at the sound of his voice. It was great. He smiled as he continued to play listening to the words that Roxas sung. (I'll put it for you.)

Riku's face turned a light red as he picked his book up again. Even if he couldn't focus on the actual words, he could act like he could. He flipped it open to the right page and tried to find his spot. He was very aware of the fact Sora was still drawing him, and his heart started pounding. 'Calm down... No need to be so nervous.. Right?' he thought, trying to keep himself under control.

When the song was over, Roxas looked over at the band members hopefully. "So.. Did I do good enough to sing for you?" he asked, hoping his voice sounded calm. No need to get his hopes up just to have them crash and burn.

Sora finished with his hair and then looked up to see that Riku was a little flustered and he wondered if it was because of him. He sighed softly as he looked down at the picture of Riku looking back up at him. He lightly drew out his nose, then lips....He just kept thinking on his lips and wondered what he would be doing if he was sitting next to him. He blinked a few times and shook his head. Get a hold Sora. He's the hottest guy in the world......he's bound to have a girlfriend.... he thought sadly to himself as he blinked a way a few disappointed tears. He finished the rest of his face and then drew out his neck and the top of the book that he was holding. He smiled as he went back to the hair then the lines of the pages in the book.

Axel smiled happily but the two other guys got to him first. "WOW Roxas! Your good! We'd love you to sing songs for us tonight." they said at the same time. Axel just stood there. "You too Axel. You're a great at the guitar." they said again at the same time then went back to fussing over Roxas. Axel was a bit jealous of the two. He still wanted to date Roxas. He wasn't going to give up.

Riku mangaged to read a few pages and actually understood about half of the words. But after awhile, he couldn't focus anymore so he put the book down. "Are you almost done?" he asked, hoping that wasn't going to mess up the drawing if it wasn't done. He was eagerly awaiting the chance to see it, but kept it from showing on his face. Even though he wanted to get up and go over to sit next to Sora. He won't though. He wasn't going to avoid anything that might have the slightest chance of making the other boy uncomfortable.

Roxas smiled happily now as they talked to him. It felt great to be complimented by people he didn't know. At least he knew they weren't just saying nice things to spare his feelings. His face was a light pink from excitement. "When's the club actually open and we start perfoming?" he asked, eager to get started.

Sora blinked a few times then realized he'd said something. "Oh, Um. sorry~! I sometimes just get trapped in my art work." he said a bit shy now. It was just a rough, or what he called rough, sketch of Riku sitting there laid across his bed with a book in hand and his hand behind his head. He was looking like he was only half concentrating since that's what Sora had seen. He liked drawing what was in front of him better. "You can see it if you want. I'm done with the sketch of what I want to draw." he said half lying. He didn't want to touch the way his eye looked.

Axel chuckled to himself but just sat in the back. He ordered a drink. The other two guys were all over him and three was a crowed.
"It doesn't start for another hour. People start coming in and its just the simple things. Then we usually start actually playing when more people are willing to dance and not drink, or hook up in the back." he said with a slight wink towards Roxas.
Axel had to stop himself before he broke the glass. "That's a lie. We don't do those kinds of activities in this club." he said almost glaring at the guy.
"Chill. It was a joke." he said before he went onto something else.

Riku smiled lightly as he slid off the bed. "Alright." he said, going over to Sora's bed and sitting on the edge. He gave him plenty of space, but reached off and took the sketch from him. His eyes scanned over the sketch slowly, noting all the details. He nodded slowly. "That's really good." he approved. He looked at it for a few seconds more before handing it back to him. But stayed where he was seated, not wanting to move away just yet, but wanting to move closer to him.

Roxas nodded once, smiling lightly, listening to him speak. "Well. If I ever get the chance to get drunk and want to hook up, you'll be the first one I call." Roxas said, his tone joking. He laughed before turning his gaze to Axel. He seemed upset. 'I know! I'll try to cheer him up.' he thought, walking over to the redhead. "Hey.. You okay? You seem upset about something?" he asked, concern showing through his voice. He dropped into a seat next to him and started swinging one foot idly.

Sora smiled happily as he leaned back into the wall. He looked at Riku as he looked at his own picture. "Thanks." he said taking the book back. He blushed slightly as he looked at Riku's face. He moved a bit closer and softly ran his fingers across his cheek just trying to memorize his face. He loved the way his face looked. He ran his fingers down his neck and over his shoulders wanting to get everything about Riku correct.

Axel just shook his head. "No, sorry about before." he said as he ran his fingers through his hair just wanting them to be alone. He sighed softly and looked down at Roxas. "I'm just glad your having fun." he told him.

Riku watched Sora move closer to him. He blushed lightly as he felt his fingers softly touching his face. Not that he was complaining. He gazed at the others' face, overcome with a strong urge to lean over and kiss him. 'I can't! He's my roommate. If he doesn't feel the same, it's going to be so awkward living with him.' a voice in his head tried to reason. But despite the voice in his head, he couldn't stop himself from reaching over and lightly putting a hand on Sora's chin. He leaned over and kissed him lightly, ready for the other to pull back and hit him or yell.

"I'm glad you invited me." Roxas said, smiling. He didn't like the fact Axel seemed sad. He scanned through his mind to think of someway to make him feel better, but came up with nothing. He sighed and turned to rest his elbows on the bar. He fought of the urge to order anything. He didn't like drinking in public places. And the fact the show was coming up, he figured he needed to be sober.
