Anyone here interested in going to Music Festivals and Gatherings such as Interfuse and Wakarusa?

Just wondering because i am a large lover of Music and gatherings of like-minded people and i wanted to get to know people that like those types of events and inform people that things such as these exist.

I'm pretty interested in going to see Celtic Women. I've seen their performance in youtube and they sound like sirens. I was told that they sound even more exceptional in person. It would be a great present to me if one of my friends were to send me a ticket to their concert.

I've never gone to music festivals before because every time a music festival comes around, it would be too far away from my current location for me to go. But I would definitely go to one if it occurred near my home.

I normally go to Warped tour every year but didn't go this year because the line up sucked so badly. I always wanted too go to Leads or Reading festivals. They normally have pretty awesome line ups. I just can't afford to go overseas. I go to a lot of concerts though and I have traveled out of state several times to see shows. It's a lot of fun and you do meet the most interesting people.

Before the warped tour this year i have never been to a festival.
It was epic, i can't wait to go again.
Next time i will bring more money, and someone who likes the bands i like.
So i don't have to miss any and see ones i don't want.

I just go and see who I want and meet up with the others later in the day. We all want to see different bands so it works out pretty well.

This might seem a little ignorant but...what's a warp tour? From the conversation, it seems like a gathering of different bands?

I've only ever been in concerts and such and not very good ones and not the bands that I like since it's pretty expensive. I'm lamenting the fact that I wasn't able to go to Apo Hiking Society's very last concert before they retired because I didn't have the money for the tickets. Here's one of Apo Hiking Society's songs. This one is one of my favorites. <3
