Lol! I've never heard of anyone getting in trouble for getting up early! xD I sleep in really late, and my parents used to try to wake me up around noon...but then they gave up. It was a losing battle XD

This isn't exactly a rule, however it was a silly punishment.

I was a pretty good kid and I had never been grounded - ever.
Then in year 11 I didn't properly iron my school uniform and my dad grounded me for two weeks.

I guess I will forgive him though - he was a single parent at the time and trying hard to figure out what was what.

It was funny though!
