Not sure if this is the right spot for this, but here goes.

So, I recently started my own forum website. No avatars or anything, just forums and an arcade. I spent hours setting up the rules for the forums + the forums themselves and everything, and I had a friend that was helping me. My "partner" in it I guess you could say, and we started out fairly well. I had some friends join and post and it was fairly active for only having about five people.

And then everyone quit posting for some reason. D: And my friends that had been posting decided they didn't want to anymore, and some of them started ragging on me for the whole idea.

GAFFA - Group Against Flaming, Fuss and Anarchy.

Sounds kind of silly, but basically it's a forum site that's against the whole "it's the internet it's not srs bizniss" mentality. It was designed to promote maturity, and civility on a forum, but it's pretty much dead now.

So, I'm like..."wat do?" I mean, GAFFA is my baby, you know? But right now I don't have the funds to really advertise it, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any free services for advertising? Or...something?

I'm wondering if maybe my idea is stupid. D=

EDIT: Just you know, this isn't an attempt at shameless advertising. Just a small rant.
