While Raina attacked the Knightmare Kiara quickly moved up close and, using the gun, fired at close quarters. The other Knightmare never stood a chance against them working as a team.

The ejection seat went flying , just as Kallen totalled Jeremiah Gottwald's unit.
"All right, we'll head to point 9!" said Kallen.
"I'll join you later, I'm heading after Cornelia!" said Zero.

"You sure that's a good idea Zero?" Kiara asked carefully. "Her Knightmare outclases the Burai from what I've seen."
"Continue with your asignment," Lelouch/Zero stated. Kiara's eyes narrowed but she nodded her head.
"Understood."

Raina followed Kallen through the slops towards point nine, where there was a valley-like area. They joined the other Knightmares in position. After a while of waiting, Zero/Lelouch showed up, along with a few others.
"It seems that the JLF has reinforcements. They are fighting Cornelia's guard, and she should be arriving here alone soon. Everything is going to plan - Q-1, block of her exit when she arrives."
"All right," said Kallen, getting into place. It wasn't long until the Princess arrived.

Kiara stared hard as the Knightmare approached their position. She imagined that she could see Cornelia but she couldn't, not from where she was. Her fingers twitched on the controls.
"What's the plan?" she asked over the radio. "After Q-1 blocks the exit what do we do?"

"We capture her," said Zero. "Once we hold Cornelia, the battle is ours."
A large Purple Knightmare holding a golden lance entered the valley. Raina, Zero and the others came out from behind her, and Kallen blocked her path ahead.
"Zero?!" Cornelia's voice came from the speakers on her Knightmare as she realised she was trapped.
"Cornelia, I'd like you to come with me," smirked Lelouch/Zero.

The Knightmare whirled to face them. Kiara stared warily at the large gold lance. She was sure that Cornelia was glaring at them even if she couldn't see it.
"And what makes you think I'll come so easily Zero?" she retorted. Kiara could hear the contempt in the princess's voice.

"I will fight to the end as Crown princess! That one!" said Cornelia, pointing her lance at Kallen. "If I defeat that one, my path is clear!"
"What a boring choice."
Cornelia leapt forward, but Kallen easily matched her speed and blocked her lance with her slash harkens while moving. Cornelia was being seriously pressured in the fight, despite the fact that Kallen hadn't yet used the Guren's nuclear pulse emitter. Suddenly her Knightmare frame collapsed. Zero had shot her from behind.
"Coward!" she screamed.
"Oh? And your plan was not cowardly?"

Kiara smirked, he had a point. Besides, during war you took any advantage you could get, no matter what it was. She prepared her own weapons just in case. If there was one thing she knew about Cornelia it was that the crown princess was resourceful.
"G-1, G-2," Lelouch's voice came over the radio "Don't hesitate if she tries something."
Kiara understood, he was referring to their Geass.
"Understood," she said into her radio.

Suddenly, the cliff wall fell apart. Emerging from it was the shining white armour of a pure white Knightmare - the Lancelot.
"The R & D unit?" gasped Cornelia.
"Him again?! Q-1, G-1, G-2, take him down!"
"Yessir!" said Raina.

"Got it Zero!"
Kiara's knightmare leapt forwards towards the white Knightmare. She could see Kallen and Raina doing the same. She started off with some shots from her machine gun but the white knightmare easily dodged them. Kiara cursed before swurving out of the way to give Kallen and Raina a clear shot at the Lancelot. Both of them were better piolets than she was.

Raina couldn't keep up with the Lancelot's speed. The only one who could was Kallen. She was just as fast as him. Raina was getting into position to attack with her slash harkens, but suddenly he was above her, slicing right through her Knightmare with a weird-looking sword. He even managed to get a small part of the cockpit and she gasped as the blade barely missed her. She leapt out of the Knightmare before any of the sakuradite ignited or anything. She didn't want to explode.

Kiara leapt at the lancelot as she saw it's blade cut through Raina's knightmare. Her eyes burned with anger. He could've killed her! She attacked with her machine gun before switching to the slash harkens but he was too fast. She had to keep him distracted. Raina had jumped out of her knightmare just in time and she wanted to keep him from seeing her for as long as possible. He attacked her with the strange sword and she leapt back, barely missing him. Kallen engaged the Lancelot in battle again and she retreated, knowing that she'd only get in Kallen's way. She couldn't keep up with the stupid Lancelot and it was infuriating!

Raina shoved her visor on and retreated to behind the small formation of Knightmares in position. She noticed that what was giving Kallen and Kiara trouble was the lancelot's rather annoying sword. She looked at it. It was big. Very big. This was hardly a little apple she was juggling. It was a huge, heavy sword. But only a momentary pause would do to give her friends the advantage. So she stared at the sword, and just as he was swinging it, it paused in mid air for a split second.

Kiara watched in shock as for some reason, right as the Lancelot was about to strike Kallen with the large sword, it froze. It was only for a second or two but that was more than enough time for Kallen to quickly dodge and get the upper hand. She looked over to where she saw Raina dissappear and she sent a silent thank you. She just knew taht it had been the other Geass user.
Senseing an opening Kiara released a berage of gun fire at the lancelot.

The Lancelot had to move to avoid the gun fire from Kiara's burai, and left Kallen an opening. Raina smirked as the robotic hand extended... and stopped. The Guren Nishiki shut down. It had run out of energy.
"No way!"

Kiara's eyes widened as the Guren suddenly stopped.
'This isn't good,' she thought and leapt forward before the Lancelot could strike the motionless Guren. She slashed at it but the lancelot avoided her attacks almost effortlessly.
"Get out of here!" she called over the radio to Kallen.

"Kururugi, go after Zero!" yelled Cornelia. "Go!"
The white Knightmare leaped past the Guren and the Burai straight at Zero. Zero/Lelouch turned and ran, but it couldn't outrun the Lancelot for long. And there wasn't anything Raina could do. Except... She quickly grabbed her phone and hit the speed dial. The phone was answered on the second ring.
"Yes?"
"C.C. are you at Narita?"
"I may be..."
"Help Lelouch, he's in trouble!"
"Is his life in danger?"
"Yes!"
"All right, got it."
She hung up.

Kiara cursed, this wasn't good.
"Get outta the Guren," she told Kallen. "I'll try'n catch up to them."
"Are you nuts?" Kallen exclaimed.
"The lancelot's stopped moving now, it's fighting Zero. I should be able to catch it."
"And then what?"
"We'll see."
Kiara shut the radio off before Kallen could reply and leapt forwards. She pushed her Knightmare as hard as she could, forcing it to go faster. The Lancelot and Lelouch were fighting now, Lelouch barely managing to dodge the Lancelot and not being able to return any hits. She couldn't use gun fire or she could hit Lelouch and she didn't want that to happen.
'Damn it!" she cursed. She took a deep breath before activating the Slash Harkens and charging forward.

Raina followed cautiously on foot to wear the fight was. She winced as the Lancelot landed a good hit on Zero's burai, and he was forced to eject. He stood on a pile of rocks, facing the Lancelot.
She stared up at the huge white machine. Who was that?! She didn't have a hope of stopping something that big. Delayign an attack to create an opening was one thing, but this...
"Kiara, watch out!" she shouted, but she knew that her friend probably couldn't hear her.

Kiara didn't have a choice, she ejected just in time to avoid the lancelot's sword swinging through the cocpit. She landed roughly and as she stood she spotted both Raina and Zero. She quickly made her way over to Raina, wincing. Felt like she'd sprained an ankle.
She stared up at the large white Knightmare. This REALLY wasn't good!

As the lancelot advanced on Zero/Lelouch, suddenly, it stopped. C.C., her green hair flowing in the wind, stepped into its path, spreading her arms wide to protect him. "Stop this. Do not touch this man!"

Kiara's eyes widened in shock. What was C.C. thinking? She looked at Raina and suddenly understood. Raina must've called C.C. She turned her head back to watch what was going on.

C.C. walked right up to the Knightmare and placed her palm on it.
"Hey, what are you doing?" asked Lelouch. "You're not giving him geass, are you?"
"I'm just showing him a shocking image," said C.C. "Even I don't know what he's saying. Anyway, use this chance and get away fro-"
"I can't be indebted to you again," said Lelouch, grasping her by the shoulder. The mark on her forehead suddenly flashed, and the two of them staggered.

Kiara rushed forward and caught Lelouch as he almost fell. His eyes were unexpectedly wide as he stared at C.C. who had been caught by Raina.
"We msut go," C.C. said softly.
