They joined the back of the group and it seemed to go without incident and pretty soon they were arriving at the fairground. Kiara looked around as she saw people passing by. Many were giving the large group of police strange looks but passing by without commenting. She glanced at Lelouch and Raina.
"Where is Mao likely to be?" she asked quietly. "This place is pretty big."

"Over by the big screen, tearing it to shreds most likely," said Raina.
The police all moved in and found that she was right. He was holding a chainsaw and the screen had massive rips in it. On the ground, covered in blood, was C.C.
The police moved between C.C. and Mao, and all pointed their weapons.

Kiara broke away from the group to check on C.C. She quickly examined the green haired female and winced as she saw some blood fall to the ground.
"Are you alright?" she asked carefully.
C.C. looked at her and Kiara swore that if C.C. wasn't who she was then Kiara would be getting a VERY deadpan look right about now.
Kiara turned back to the group of policemen and women to see them facing Mao.
"Give up or we'll shoot!" one of the lead policemen shouted.

Lelouch picked C.C. up and smirked over at Mao. Mao recognised him instantly and began to splutter and yell.
"What do you mean it was a recording???! How dare you call me that!"
Raina realised that the two of them were having a conversation, but Lelouch was only thinking his part - that way Mao simply looked like a lunatic who was talking to himself.

Kiara smirked at Mao as he continued to rant and rave at Lelouch who looked calm as ever. THe police officesr had their wepons trained on Mao. A pity none of them were flame throwers or she could've made one of them 'accidentally' go off.
"Don't you even think about it!" Mao yelled at her before turning back to Lelouch.
"Make sure if anything's fired it hits him," Kiara muttered to Raina.

"All right then!" yelled Mao. "If that's the way you want it! Everyone listen up! That man over there is the leader of -"
"Fire!" said the policeman, his eyes ringed with red.

Immediately all the armed policemen removed the safety from their weapons and trained them on Mao before beginning to fire. He yelped and began to dodge.
"Raina!" Kiara hissed. "Use your Geass quick!"

Raina focused her geass on Mao, making him stop moving.
"- the terrorists -"
The bullets collided, and Mao fell to the ground. A helicopter descended and picked up Lelouch, C.C., Raina and Kiara. Lelouch used his geass on the pilot to make him drop them off by the school instead of the hospital.

They somehow managed to find a place to change before they entered the school and Kiara collected the police uniforms. "Should we keep these or dump them?" she asked. THey could come in handy but if they were found then it'd lead to some awkward questions.

"Burn them," said Raina happily. "We'll have a little bonfire!!!"

Kiara grinned. "No problem!" They found a hidden away grove of trees and Kiara made a little circle of stones in the middle before they dumped the police uniforms in the middle. Kiara glanced at Raina and smirked before she conjured a fire ball in her hand. It was a deep purple and red with touches of blue. She smirked at them before she tossed the fireball into the small pit with the clothes. They burned brightly as the flames grew in size as Kiara concentrated on them.
"There's your bonfire," she said happily.

"Wooooooooooah, nice colours," said Raina, crouching down beside the fire. She glanced at C.C. "You all healed up now, then?"
"Yes, he only shot me a few times," said C.C.

Kiara snorted at that. C.C. could survive a lot so 'a few' could be a lot more than just a few.
"We should probably be getting back to Ashford now," she said sadly. She stared at the fire for a minute before putting it out sadly and covering the remains with a layer of dirt and rocks.

"Why? Everyone will have gone to bed by now," said Raina. "They'll already have taken note of the fact that thet hree of us never returned and their minds will jump to interesting conclusions."

"True," Kiara replied She glanced at Lelouch. "Especially Mily, I can just imagine what's going through her head." she grinned at Lelouch.
"Don't even think about it," he muttered darkly. Kiara only smirked at him before looping her arm with his right and gesturing for Raina to do the same on his other side.
"Now now," she teased. "No need to be embarrassed Lelouch."

"You really are popular with the ladies, aren't you?" said C.C. serenely, moving past the three of them to head towards Lelouch's rooms in the clubhouse.
"Be quiet!" said Lelouch.
"Come on, let's go!" said Raina playfully, grabbing his other arm.

They strode accross campus like this while Lelouch protested and tried to break away from them but Kiara wouldn't allow that.
"Come on Lelouch, it isn't THAT bad!"
Finally they had to go their separate ways and Lelouch let out a sigh of relief as they let go of him.

"I'm sleeeeeepy," said Raina, yawning and leaning on Kiara as they walked.

As they entered the room Kiara walked over to Raina's bed and pushed her friend onto it before quickly chainging into her PJs and curling up under the covers with her Toshiro plushie. She didn't bother to shut the curtains, she was too tired.

Raina changed intoher pyjamas and fell asleep instantly, not even bothering to get under the covers. The next thing she knew, the alarm was going off.
"Maybe this whole terrorist thing was such a good idea," she mumbled sleepily. "I'm tired..."

"Don't blame the terrorists," Kiara muttered. "Blame school and the stupid alarm clock." She glared at the offending clock which sat there innocently beeping.

Raina slammed her hand down on the alarm clock and went back to sleep.

Kiara looked at the clock and then to Raina then back to the clock.
"I'm not getting up," she muttered dully before closing her eyes and dozing off.

When Raina finally woke up again, one class had finished and another was almost over. "Oops..."
She quickly got out of bed and pulled on her school uniform.

Kiara yawned as she was woken up by Raina. She muttered darkly before litterally roling out of bed and landing on the floor with a 'thump'. She cursed beore making her way into the bathroom for a shower, that'd wake her up. She came out wearing her school uniform and grabbed her bag.
"Do you think the students would mind if a fire 'accidentally' started in one of the science labs?" she asked.
