sorry I disappeared. I had to go upstairs to my son's room and hook up his GameCube and while I was up there anyway I went ahead and flossed my teeth. I had pineapple with lunch today.

okay, I am back. my son had gotten into some earrings that I had set aside for the neighbor girl and left one on the carpet and I managed to step on it. he freaked out and decided not to play the game. meanwhile I have a lovely wound in the bottom of my foot.

Ah, I see. We've had snow here for the past few days~ It's beautiful except for when you have to clear a good 4 inches off the top of the car... Hopefully it won't be too bad this weekend though, I'll be starting a short roadtrip with some friends on Friday morning.

currently we have gobs of snow on the lawns and such but all the sidewalks and roads are clear and dry. the snow has been hanging around for about a week and a half.

a road trip? where?

I'm going up north the week after Christmas. We're actually leaving on the 26th. We're gonna visit families in two states and then head back in time to... work... x_X

But for Christmas Break I get a total of two weeks off! :D

Anyway, I'm tired now. I'm gonna huddle up under a mass of blankets and pass out for a bit ^^

We're driving down to Florida to visit my friend's girlfriend. It'll be a 16+ hour drive. In one go! :D

every time I think about long trips like that anymore I instantly get sleepy. I still do them though. I'm one of those people that dread something, but am great when I'm really doing it.

I love taking long road trips~ My family used to drive up to Maine for a week or two every summer and it was my favorite part of the break, even though I'd always end up getting car sick. XD Thankfully, since I've started driving I don't get queasy anymore so I can just enjoy the views~

I didn't get much sleep last night. ;_;

the only thing I have is when I'm driving and I know it's gonna take a while, I get thirsty so I always have to have something to drink handy. usually water, but coffee or pop work too.

I slept kinda funky last night myself.
