This seems to happen oddly enough, AFTER I've finished downloading via uTorrent.
Even long after I've closed it, and removed it's process it eats up bandwidth or something, it's very weird.

Did you also remove yourself from the pool? Sometimes even if you kill the process it'll use your computer unless you specifically turn off the 'join pool' option.

You've lost me, I've got no idea what you're talking about now.
