yeah, and I also learned a lot about what is going on with our apartment management:

- Apparently management lied and instead of the state coming in tomorrow, management is and they plan to start going through everybody's apartments at least one a month from now on!

- Management went in my friend's house today (without any notice - she was dumb for letting them, that is against the law) and they told her that her children have too many toys.

- Management said if there are rocks in the grass in front of our apartments and the lawnmowers get damaged, we'd have to pay for it whether our kids were the ones throwing the rocks in the grass or not (and 90% of the rocks in the grass was done by kids that don't even live here).

- Management said we are supposed to take our trash out every day whether it's full or not.

- We are supposed to pick up any and all trash in front of and in back of our apartments even if it was blown here by the wind or random people throw it on the ground.

- We each have to clean up if any animal poops near our apartment.

- Now, instead of stuff having to be 6 inches from the heater, everything has to be 12 inches away!

so now I gotta go around and move everything even FURTHER away from all the heaters, pick up any trash in front of my house, and make sure there are no rocks in my grass? OH! and take my trash out every day ... I think I'll be complaining to somebody if they try to come in and inspect our apartments every month :angry:

okay, thats a bit ridiculous. They shouldn't make ou do all of that and who the hell tells you how many damn toys your children can have? Thats bull shit and so is some of the stuff on there. Now I sort of understand the trash on the yard thing. People should clean there trash off the lawn, but no one should be throwing that on the lawn anyway. Its disgusting and illegal. The animal poop should be cleaned up by the person who owns the animal, if the animal that poops in the lawn is owned by someone. If not, well then no one should really care unless they are huge ass piles of poop.

I'm just sorta puzzled over the foot away from heaters ... that is REALLY far! how am I supposed to move everything that far away? leaving ugly gaps between my furniture and the wall ... table all pulled out stupid ...

did I ever mention that I totally got rid of all my Squibys and don't go there any more? I had almost 2,400 of the darn things and I never went there to click on them because the click counters were all screwed up. too bad though, there were some absolutely adorable pixels that I had collected!

Crazy - That is such bull! I would talk to a lawyer (just as a consultant if you know of any) and see if all that is legal. Was all of that on the lease when you signed it?

There is no WAY inspecting your apartment is legal.... I mean, yeah, you're in a different state...but isn't that too close to invasion of privacy?
