I still play Runescape occasionally... but I liked my Member's account and cant afford it anymore :C And now I cant use my items and stuff cuz it's members only >~<

Not all games. : ) Depends on where you get them from and whether the "market" has them out for free.

Well Minecraft is something like $18 USD or something.
I got it back in Alpha for half that, thankfully.

I have a few friends who are addicted to Minecraft. I don't get it. Why would you want to pay to play with virtual legos when you can get some for real? Though I can't complain too much in my boyfriend's case since he uses it enough to justify the expense and builds some pretty amazing things really quickly. He just made some functioning shops the other day and a giant skull dedicated to me :lol:

It is more than just "legos" at this point.
There is enough content, and regular updates to keep things new.

Monsters don't show up to blow up your legos do they? People might compare Minecraft to legos, but they're not really the same thing. And even if it were flat out virtual legos, at least you'd only have to pay for them once and you could play with the massive variety of them instead of having to buy more and more buckets or sets of legos.

If by monsters you mean children or mean spirited individuals such as myself then, yes, yes they do :lol:

I was bored in within the first hour, I'm just glad I wasn't the one paying for it.

Collecting lego sets seems to be the point to the franchise though so it works out in that aspect. Personally, I don't build. I simply destroy.

Pretty much. Not to mention that real life bows and arrows don't work like a machine gun stream of constant arrows.
