I know that feeling, I'm usually asleep right now, but I got off track again somehow, lol

I'm usually up now. I've been trying to regulate my sleep to so-called "normal" hours, but it just isn't working.

I have that problem too, lol. I get back to normal sleep patterns for a month or two, then I'm off track again.

I don't think I've ever really on track. Even working a normal day shift, I liked staying up really late at night.
