OMG I missed out on clicking adorable seacow images!

Nevermind...I notice that lately I have been looking up at the clouds in the sky during the day....

No....the clouds I've seen have been spread across the sky in kind of spotted wavy type patterns

No noticeable clumps to form shapes in my imagination with.

Better than what we get. Oregon and Washington share a single cloud >.>"
Little bit of Canada and Alaska too.

I have no idea what Poet is talking about.

I don't do much looking at clouds unless I'm in the car. Back in the day, on the playground. I've always seen complicated things. The beginnings of a story. A princess riding away from her kingdom on some enchanted vehicle for help while a dragon sleeps nearby. An extremely long-haired girl crying. Typing things like this makes me temporarily less questioning of my desire to go into writing.

I woke up to overcast skies, but then it cleared up. No fun.

Yeah you'd love it over here. It's cloudy most of the year, and even when it's sunny it's rarely ever completely cloud free.

Oh, man. That's the polar opposite of what I hear about California.

Cali gets some nice sunshine... we have a slow motion hurricane off the coast pretty much constantly. Basically permanent clouds.

Older sister went to California the winter of the epic polar vortex. She said the mosquitoes were awful. That's horrible. That's inhumane.

That's because some people are stupid enough to leave standing water all over near their house, so they breed like crazy.

Doesn't exactly come as common sense that standing water = mosquitoes. No one suspects water to harbor demonic energy.

Well it is because they can't survive in running water. Not sure why. I knew about it by the time I was 5 or 6 years old.

In my experience, that's not something many people know. Mosquitoes = west nile virus. That's all we got.

Bird flu. Yes, for a time. When it was in the news because it was all over the country. That was several years ago.

Yeah, but we don't have much wildlife here, just a TON of birds. So people were hysterical for a while.

Had one get in the apartment when I was visiting a friend in Florida. They're fun to catch and set free. It's like a game, "get it outside before the cat eats it"
