Marie kissed him back, then sighed. "Alright. I'll wait." She wasn't too thrilled about it, but she didn't want to cause too much trouble.

He moved Marie to site her back down. "Just relaxe for a little ok?"

Marie didn't resist his movements. She just smiled a little and sat down, then pulled him down close to her. "I love you."

Dimmest kneed on the floor next to her and hugged her. "I love you too."

Marie smiled and kissed the top of his head. Then she slowly fell asleep. She didn't even notice that she'd been tired until she saw her eyelids slide shut with the last image of her child in her vision.

Dimmest stay with her in that room as she sleep looking around to make sure everything was alright,.

Marie woke about three hours later with a small groan. Her stomach was hurting, maybe just delayed pains from have her baby boy, Alex.

Dimmest got worry. "Marie are you alright?" He kissed her cheek checking her ove.r

Marie nodded slightly. "My stomach just hurts a little bit. I think its just aches from Alex."

"Well I think while we are here we should ask the doctor to look at it." Dimmest pressed the buttin on the wall for a nurse to come and walk with them,

Marie sighed. "I guess. But it really isn't that big of a deal." She insisted. She didn't really want to leave her baby.

The nurse washed up and got ready then came in to the room. "What are I do for you?"

Dimmest pointed to Marie. "She think she having after pains from alex brith"

Marie sighed and closed her eyes for a moment. "I told you it was nothing. It could just be gas for all you know."

Dimmest looked to Marie. "Let the nruse look at you at less she here right now"

Marie sighed and looked away from them. "Fine, whatever." The nurse smiled a little, coming up to her and placing her hands on her stomach. She pressed gently down along the middle, then the sides of her stomach. "Tell me when it hurts." She pressed on a small spot right below her belly button. "Ouch!" Marie's eyes widened slightly and looked at the nurse, who, had a gaurded expression.

Dimmest gave the nurse some space. "Marie are you ok whats wrong what jsut hurt you?"

The nurse sighed and shook her head. "The baby. Sort of anyway. When I pressed on the spot there-" She pointed to the spot, making Marie flinch. She sighed and nodded. "Alright, maybe its not gas." She muttered and held out her hands. "Take me away to whatever room you want."

Dimmest looked ove to the nurse. "She going to be alright right?" He looked at her and took Maries hand.

The nurse just took her other hand and helped her up, which made Marie wince. "Ok. You're going to need a wheelchair." She made Marie sit back down and ran out to get a wheelchair. She was back in a flash and helped Marie into it. Next thing Marie knew, she was flying down the hallway toward a double doored room that said ICU.

Dimmest watched her go he wanted to be with her but right now there son need them. If some one saw his wings right nwo they would surelly take him and he know marie would cry if that happened. So all he could do was stay in here with the baby.

Marie was given drugs to knock her out. They had to cut her open to remove the other child and moved her to the same room the first child was in. Marie was kept on the operation table for two more hours. The little baby girl fell asleep quickly in the box they put her in. Her delicate blond hair stayed in the patch on the top of her head.

Dimmest paced in the room and saw them bring in a little girlw ith fairy wings in to the room. It smelled like Marie the little girl but the scent wasn't his. "His marie doing?" He asked when the nurse came in. He looked over both of the children.

The nurse stopped and looked at him for a moment. "She was having something going on in her lower stomach. It could've proved fatal too the child, that's why we took her out prematurely. Marie's in ICU at the moment, recovering. She had some sort of tumor in her lower stomach. I wouldn't know what kind, because of her physical makeup."

Dimmest looked to the nurse. "Is my wife going to be ok?? You jsut said all that I want to know will she live through this?""

The nurse nodded. "She will be fine in a day or two. Removing the tumor seems to have helped her. But, when she leaves to go home, we'll need a dairy report on how she is doing. Just to make sure it doesn't come back."
