I have crappy insurance that doesn't cover chiropractic visits. I don't want to make a bill I can't pay because I am in the middle of switching jobs. If their insurance is too expensive for me to buy until their free care kicks in after a year I will have to go without any insurance.

Switching positions and turning on the light helped some but then my neck popped and now I feel queezy.

ouch, yami popped her neck and ended up with a month long headache that turned into a migraine and queeziness and such ._.

I was trying to pop the kink out not make it worse. I have permanent neck and back muscle spasms from two car crashes. I have to do dishes on my days off of work so I never stop hurting my back and neck long enough for the muscles to relax.

He is an over-sized Parakeet technically. He is the size of an African Gray Parrot and equally as smart. I went into the bird room and now I have major sinus pressure adding to my migraine. I don't know if a chiropractor could help since the doctor told me there was nothing that could be done for my muscle spasms besides being on muscle relaxers. If I shut my window back up I could probably breathe better and the sinus pressure would ease up. I am allergic to a lot of stuff including our birds.
