*scratches his head* I never got a reply from the people i hit up for an interview so i guess there won't be a Q&A article this week from me.

On a good note though we will be introducing the local flavor article this week along with a new comic.

This week's paper is now up, once again I want to thank Syra for helping get the whole thing put together.
I apologize about the length of this weeks paper, we do have a new comic but many of our columnist didn't contribute this week so it ended up being a bit short.

I remind those that are submitting work for the paper, you HAVE to have your work sent to syra by saturday morning if you hope to see it in the paper that week.

I wish I could help out, but I'm bad with deadlines, writing, and ideas. Oh! And I'm not very creative either, so I really don't know how I could contribute. xD

The good news is i have a more reliable interview this week and I'm already starting on it, so my article on that will be in atleast. I will light a fire under the tushes of the other writers to get their stuff in. Xd

Sorry about not submitting this week, I've had a bad week due to serious bouts of insomnia.

I'm glad to see some improvement in this issue. :D

I had a busy, stressful week, and there was just no way I was going to get something written on time. Today's the first day I've even been able to think about what to write, and yeah, it's Sunday. Too late... :sweat: I hope to have something next week, but I've got a lot to deal with in life right now, so who knows what's going to come up. :yes:

Anyway, I'm glad to see more consistency between the pages, but it's weird that the second page is smaller than all the rest of them.
I personally like the smaller size, with a background around it, so it looks more like I'm looking at a piece of paper than a zoomed-in screen. People can always zoom in. :D

Things could still use some serious editing. Can I ask who's doing that now? I mean, I proof my own work until it gleams, so it's disappointing to see others who don't take editing as seriously as I do. I've actually edited this issue for you if you want to see what I'd do with it... I may be a grammar-nazi-in-training (I work with high school yearbook kids as my second job, editing their work and helping with ideas and design), but I'm a professional editor (and my boss is even more anal about grammar than I am, which is saying something.), and I just can't stand to see this go out without someone editing it. You need to find someone who has time to do it before the paper goes out every week. I can't volunteer, because I'm a busy lady and have lots to do on a regular basis, but I'm sure there's someone out there who would take on the job. I can't believe I'm the only one who can edit around here. We have a huge, diverse community. You should maybe put "HIRING"-type stuff in the thread title to get people to peek in here. :yes:

Anyways, I can upload the edited PDF if anyone wants it. I got lazy on Syrra's article unfortunately, because it's really long; but if she wants edits on hers, I can do that. I'll just retype everything like I did with Gary's rant.
