The only thing I can say is that, what I'm seeing for the last posts in a thread, are posted in reverse post order. Like the Creator of the thread's first post is shown as the last post in a thread. Though, when I go to the first page, it's exactly the same as the last post! If I'd go to the pages in the middle, would it seem the same? Should I make a post in a thread to see if it works?

If you go under the "My Account" tab up top, there should be a link down on the left-hand side that says "Edit Options".
If you scroll all the way down, near the bottom of the page, there should be a section titled "Thread Display Options". In that section, there's a little option titled "Thread Display Mode".

Chances are, yours says Linear - Newest First. Change it so that it says oldest first.
If that's not the case, please let me know. :)
