So today I'm going to go roll me up a Pathfinder character, and made me wanna see if any other people on here play tabletop RPGs too. So tell me what is your favorite gaming system and character type? :P

Does it count that I want to so badly? It looks like the whole thing is so much fun and I have the 3.5 D&D books, but no one to play with. My friends are not very interested and it appears that there aren't any groups in my area. (Any obvious ones anyway.) The only gamestore to hang out near here is all video games, so no luck there either.

What's Pathfinder like?

Used to play D & D, now I play Dark Heresy. I love DH! ^.^ I play it with my boyfriend and 3 of our friends.

DnD all the way! WOOHOOO! and if anyone says 4.0 I'll send my level 20 Rogue/Assassin after them! XP

I'm a huge 3.5 fan, and a mega believer in 4.0 for little kids and not for anyone actually interested in the REAL game of DnD. But then again, lets be honest, DnD isn't really meant for really little kids... not with books out there like the Book of Erotic Fantasy, that's for sure.

3.5 is the way to play D&D *hi-5* *giggles*

In D&D I usually played Rogues. Half-elf, gnome, elf... females with pointy ears, bows and daggers ^.-

Dark Heresy, well I've only done 1 campaign so far, but we're nearing the end. My character is a female Cleric. Pretty much is eye candy since I was unfamiliar with game play. Mainly useful for blessing things and giving people stat boosts... also babbling to distract my enemy. ^.^ Next campaign I want to play a Sister of Battle. A specialized female fighter. She'll look hot and kick ass!

I lol'd, and I don't even play D&D.

I mostly play White Wolf games and Legend of the Five Rings. Oh, and 7th Sea. My friends are getting me into a 3.5 game, though! I'm going to be either a fighter or barbarian. It seemed like the right choice, seeing as I'm unfamiliar with the system.

Favorite game so far is 7th Sea, where I play a Vestenmannavnjar(read: Viking chick). I generally like what my group calls "combat wombats". Which is to say, smack first, ask questions never.

I love 3.5!!! I'm sorry you don't have have anyone to play with that sucks ://. I've never played Pathfinder we had just got the books. I usually play the elf/half elf sorcerer. Midnight is a really interesting setting its a mix of 3.5 with some changes. What is DH like? I'v read it over it looks fun. :P

DH is fun, if you have the right group. Originally I just watched my bf (Tony) our friend/GM (Fabian), and then 3 of our friends play, but Fabian wanted to bring someone with some people skills into the group (We had a fighter, one biomancer, a pyromancer and an assassin), so he made this NPC female cleric. Eventually he asked if I wanted to play since I was always watching anyways, so I did.
Due to being such a large group it tended to be difficult to get together, our pyromancer was kicked out, due to double booking on planned DH days, and our assassin was kicked out for being a douche. So my cleric started being important...She wasn't built to be important ^.^'
