Mace had passed Jake a few sticky grenades before the Pelican had taken off. She joined Master Chief in exiting the Pelican.

Jake got out and breathed in "it smells like combat time" he joked as he drew his spartan lazor and patted it "its time to make our way to victory"

"You've got that right." Mace said as she locked her helmet back onto the rest of her suit apon realizing it had unlocked during there most recent adventure.

Jake put his helmet back on and locked it "ready when you are cheif"

we got a warthog jumping down once we clear the LC so lets get to it!"starts ahcking and slashing a elites

Starts to blast eliets with his spartan lazor "COME ON YOU DUMBASSES!!! IM OVER HERE!!!" he yelled drawing their attention

"no jake save it for the tanks!"stuns the lazor with the blast of a plasma pistol

Jake stares at him "why? i can't use the sword"

"I call driving the warthog!" Mace shouted as she re-loaded her Needler.

"LC is clear you two stay here until i contact you with an all clear got it?"gets in a hornet and flys over to teh cartogriver

Jake didn't take the machinegun, he hopped into the warthogs gunner seat
