Aysel chuckled at her mother, watching her dart around the room like a kid who had too much chocolate. "Aysel, Mike, ya'll go down to the cafeteria and get some food in ya. You probably haven't ate in forever, and I don't want to spoil your appetite with my pie. When ya'll get back you can have some," Sabine said in a tone not to be reckoned with. She turned her head to smile at Michelle. "Any time sweetheart, now, you and Mason stay in here and Imma go say hey to your folks and see if we can't get some comfier bed sheets in here," Sabine finished and strutted out of the room. She returned and looked at Aysel. "I'm coming, geez Mom, let's go Mike," Aysel said and pulled him up, her hand still in his. Sabine smirked and led them out of the room.

Mason shook his head, amused at his mother. She was almost always like this, but it was entertaining to watch, even though it could be embarrassing. He stuck his tongue out at Aysel as she was shooed out of the room. He glanced back at Michelle, his gaze softening. "Are you feeling OK?" He asked gently.

Mike watched Sabine jumped around like a squirrel hyped up on nuts. He smirked and finally nodded, standing up with Ace and following her while her mother shooed them out of the room. If there was an underlining plan for getting them out of the room he'd never know. For now it didn't matter. He followed and then lead Ace downstairs to the cafeteria. "You pick whatever you want, I'm paying." He told Ace. If the mother was still following he didn't really mind all that much paying for her as well. He just wasn't sure how much money he exactly had. He hoped he had enough. He was pretty sure he had enough, he just really didn't want to be left with absolutely no money. No money meant hoping for no emergencies. And at this point, he figured anything could happen.

Michelle tried to laugh and found it hurt to much. He watched the others go and then looked over at Mason when they all had left. She figured that Sabine was like a fricken mastermind or something. She nodded slightly. "I've been better." She told him lightly, just telling him the truth. Finally she worked up enough courage and spoke again. "You were gonna say somethin' before they walked in."

Aysel strolled into the cafeteria with Mike, smiling at the people she passed. She hated how gloomy it felt. Then again, she had always hated hospitals. They were the saddest places she'd even been to. All those lost, sad, dying souls who looked at her with helpless eyes. It pained her that she couldn't do anything for them but smile and talk with them. She nodded at Mike. "Are you sure?" She asked him, but grabbed a tray, a slice of pizza, and a Coke anyways. She added a small container of fries and a few packs of ketchup to the mix. She slowly walked along the line of food, her mind drifting elsewhere.

"Hm, are you sure about that?" Mason asked Michelle teasingly, but he knew there was no covering up. He wasn't sure how to put his feelings into words. He wanted to tell her that he loved her, that he wouldn't be able to live if he lost her. But, like all men, he couldn't let down his bravado or his pride, no matter how badly he wanted to. He could hear his mother walking down the hall and two squeals, surely from her and Michelle's mother, follow after.

Mike nodded. He was sure that he wanted to pay for her. He looked around, glad to see that Sabine wasn't with them. He sighed, feeling like a mean person because of that but he needed to make sure he had leftover money. That was the hard part when he looked at all the food displayed. He got a tray and began to stack food. His stomach growled with hunger and he stacked even more onto the tray. He was basically your average boy. He ate a lot but barely gained the weight to prove it. Soon enough they were at the register and he payed. Lucky he still had money leftover! That made him happy. "Pick somewhere to eat." He told Ace, sure that she was probably already spotting a place to sit anyways.

Michelle blinked, suddenly not really sure if Mason had said something for not. She thought hard, her nose scrunching up a little in a cute way. Finally she nodded. "Yup. I'm sure. What were ya' gonna' say?" She asked softly, her curiosity itching at her now. He needed to explain stuff. And he needed to explain it now. She ignored the squeals from outside the room. She was sure everything was fine anyways.

Selena sighs and hangs up the phone when it went to the answer machine. "I guess Michelle is awake" she says with another yawn and stares at her window. Glancing around her room she sees her old memories of Georgia before she moved. Getting up she grabbed a picture of Mason, Michelle, Aysel, Mike, and her when they were kids. Smiling she puts the picture back.

Watching Selena through the windows from a rooftop across the street, what appeared to be a man tracked her movements, waiting for her to go to sleep when, from behind, Thezreal asked, "So, what are we up to?" The man gave a start and spun around saying, "Geez kid, you scared the crap outta me. Buzz off will ya? Leave a guy alone why don't ya?" Thezreal chuckled as he raised the silenced pistol saying, "C'mon, we both know you aren't a man. Not a human one anyway."

Selena goes back over to her bed lays down turning her phone off before putting it on the charger. Staring up at the ceiling she was planning on visiting Michelle in the morning and see if everyone wanted to changed the Welcome back party for her, Mason and his sister, to a welcome home party for Michelle. She smiled at the thought before closing her eyes.

Thezreal fired at the 'man' but it moved out of the way with inhuman speed, causing some of it's 'skin' to peel away revealing bony ridges covered in black scales. Thezreal fired a few more times but the thing rushed forward ducking between the trajectories and delivered an uppercut to Thez, splitting his lip, knocking him down, and causing him to lose his grip on the gun. The wild bullets flew out into the night, two going into Selena's window, the first simply passing silently through leaving a small hole but the second went through with a loud crack, sending a spiderweb of cracks through the pane.

Selena jumps and falls out of her bed when she heard her bedroom window shatter"What the hell?!". She runs over to the window and opens it and sees something on her neighbor's roof. She couldn't really tell what it was so she covers the window and goes back to bed and the notices a bullet hole in her wall. "What..." she says softly running her fingers over the hole.

Thezreal let's out a grunt of frustration before leaping to his feet, dealing a pair of crushing upercuts, right then left, knocking the monster back, almost off the ledge. The monster rubs his jaw, cursing in some other language as he spits out a fanged tooth covered in black blood while Thezreal screams in pain, cradling his bleeding knuckles. The monster chuckled saying, "You should've just shot me in the back boy, then you would've won. So, how many bones did I break so far?" Thez grunts as he pulls a set of brass knuckles, gritting his teeth as he forces them on his injured hands saying, "C'mon gruesome. I'm going to send you straight back to hell."

Selena lays back down but stares out her window and notices that there was another figure. Sitting up she looks at the two figures and raises her eyebrow. She shakes her head thinking that she was just seeing things and lays back down facing the wall. "Selena get a hold of yourself" She says softly before closing her eyes again.

The creature rushed Thezreal, pulling back a fist and driving it at Thez's head almost hitting before Thezreal knocked it up followed by another uppercut, this time causing a metallic banging sound as the knuckle-dusters connected with the monster's scaly hide. Thez continued to drive it back, hitting over and over till the monster was waving his arms, trying not to fall off the ledge. Thez chuckled as he pulled out a large, silver dagger saying, "Let's see if this can pierce that hide of yours with a little help from gravity!" Rushing forward, Thez tackled the monster over the ledge, putting the tip of the dagger against it's back before they crashed into a car below with a loud smash! The dagger pierced through the monster and into Thez's shoulder, elicting a hiss of pain that was drowned out by the monster's own cries of pain.

Selena jumps when she heard the smash of bending metal and breaking glass and then soon the car alarm. Pulling on her jeans and shoes she runs downstairs then outside and stares at the car. "My...car...." she said threw gasps and then realizes what happened to it. Thez was ontop of it with something else, stepping closer so got a better look "What the hell..." she says noticing Thez ontop of a creature with a blade threw his shoulder "Thez..." She says softly.

Thez looks up and gives a weary, bloody smile saying, "Hey there, sorry 'bout the car. Now if you'll excuse me," Thez reached into his coat pocket, pulling out what appeared to be a flare with a crucifix symbol on it. Stepping down and off the body, he lit it, sending out white hot flames, and tossed it onto the dead body, engulfing it, and the car, in flames.

Selena's eyes widen when he set her car and the creature on fire. Biting her lip she looks at him and the notices the neighbor hood lights come one. Grabbing his hand she runs into the woods that were behind her house. Going deep into the woods she lets go of his hand and looks at him "Tell me the truth, and I want it now" she says folding her arms "Who are you?"

"Like I said, I'm an exterminator. I can't tell you anything else about it. After all, this is nothing more than a dream."

Selena raises a eyebrow and looks at him with a confused look "What are you talking about? I know im not dreaming" she says getting upset about this. She knew that she saw everything that happened.

"No, this is nothing more than a dream," and with that, Thez quickly pulled out a spray bottle, spritzing a mist of a potent knock-out gas into Selena's face.

"What the...." Selena was cut off when he sprays her in the face and she falls forward slightly.

Thez grabbed her, catching her before she fell saying, "Easy there, it's ok. We all deal with nightmares." <Some of us get to do it every day.> Setting her down gently, Thez took a few minutes to catch his breath. After taking a breather and wrapping his hands in bandage he pulled out his cell phone, dialing the number of his guardian.

(is he just going to leave her there?)
