Well, Bamboo's not actually the brand, it's a type of Wacom tablet. Wacom's the only tablet brand I know of, and Bamboo/Bamboo Fun is their cheapest tablet (Bamboo smalls are $69), then is the intuos4 (and the previous intuoses, but those aren't on the Wacom site anymore) and the small intous4 is $229, and finally there's Cintiq which allows you to draw directly on the screen, and that's $2k at its cheapest. @[email protected]

I don't like drawing directly on the screen, so I'm lusting after the intuos4. :drool:

Hehe, I think I spend about that much time on every full-color, shaded (I didn't shade the zombie, but I'm counting the blood splatters) piece... I know it generally takes me an entire night to finish a fullbody piece and I can finish about 1 1/2 waist-ups in one night... It doesn't seem like they take so long, but time goes by so fast for me. D8
