That seems like screaming to me, or close enough to it anyway, especially for one who has heightened hearing. The metals work differently than magic. The power of an Allomancer, which I have called Fae before, comes from the metals. When an Allomancer ingests these metals, only a select few of all the possible metallic compounds in the world, they can "burn" them in their stomach, almost like burning food gives you energy. She carries around three vials with her to replace the metals if she burns through them. She drank them all, so right now she's running low on pewter, which has kept her going for so long, and out of steel, which allows her to Push any piece(s) of metal away from her. All metals also have a different burning time. For instance, Pewter burns much faster than tin, and atium burns the fastest of all, because it's the most powerful. Brass is one of the metals that burn rather slowly, so she still has plenty of that. She hasn't burned zinc, so that's still there, as well as cadmium, bendalloy, tin, and just enough atium for around three minutes at a slow "burn," much less if she "flares" it. Brass and zinc also don't control emotions. The former dampens them and the latter flares them, but they won't do anything if the character knows what the Allomancer is doing because they can resist it. Fae's also a feruchemist, meaning she can store an attribute in a metal, though it has to be compatible. For instance, iron stores weight, so, Fae has to become temporarily lighter in order to become heavier than usual when needed. She also has to be wearing the metal, so it's not really all that convenient. She mainly just wears iron, pewter, and gold. Hope that helped.

stop adding abilities on the fly

That's the reason there's also a list of all fourteen metals and what they do on my character's profile. I included it specifically so people wouldn't be able to say that I'm making up abilities to suit my purposes. This is why I check a person's profile when they join. I can see what their abilities are so that when they use them, I'm not surprised. Also can you tell me how I was controlling your characters? The only thing I said about either of your characters doing was Harmony screaming/shouting, and I've already explained that. If you're talking about the atium revealing the future, well that's what it does. I never said what your characters did, just that Fae saw it. Plus, she hoards that metal, meaning she rarely uses it, and when she does, it's left burning at a low simmer. So she only saw like three seconds into the future. Upon rereading your post and making certain I got everything, I saw that I missed something about the light. The phrase I used,

the light to go off

, is sort of like the phrase they use to say a bomb exploded. They say, "The bomb went off..." or, "The bomb is about to go off..." Plus if you continue reading, it makes sense.

She yelled in pain, hands dropping the daggers and flying to her eyes.

Why would she yell in pain, or drop her daggers in a hostile environment to move her hands to her eyes unless she was blinded by an intense light that caused actual pain? Hope I cleared everything up.))

I think the actual word is "Godliness." :) It means the same thing you're saying, but it's an actual word, and that's always a plus. ;) Only thing I would mention is this: Please check the person's profile to make sure they aren't making up new abilities out of nowhere before saying anything. It could easily stop a lot of unnecessary conflict. :)))

Harmony suddenly felt at ease, almost like someone was controlling her emotions. Though, she knew there was still something watching her; she could feel it. Harmony looked over to Fae and smiled as she noticed what she was up to... The little girl was completely in control of the situation, or so Harmony believed until she suffered a sharp, painful blow to the back of the head. She knew instantly that the blow had been caused by something un-earthy as any human that may be lurking was stood in front of her. "Ouh" she groaned and then everything seemed to go blurry. "Fae. Run" she managed to order the little girl before complete blackness took her.

If anything horrible and evil was going to go down here, Fae would not be involved if it was the last thing Harmony did. Her whole purpose was to protect her student's, otherwise she would never have become a teacher. Fae was so small and sweet, and Harmony just wanted to know that she would be safe. This entity was clearly here for something other than to injure and maim... The amulet! This was Harmony's last though before she completely succumb to the overpowering need to sleep.

Fae turned back around when she failed to hear the footsteps of anyone following her in time to see Ms. Harmony fall face first to the wooden floor. Without thinking, Fae rushed in, using pewter to become faster, though not by too much. She wrapped her tiny arms around the unconscious teacher and, with an amazing burst of strength, hauled her outside and laid her in the snow. Dangit! Fae mentally cursed. That used way too much pewter. I only have enough for two-three minutes max. After checking to make sure Ms. Harmony was okay, Fae dashed back inside and grabbed the pendant before turning and dashing towards the door. Her youthful face lit up with triumph as she neared the door, only to be shattered as she felt something trip her. She went flying, her pewter-enhanced body barely feeling the impact or the cold. She could feel horrible, horrible rage directed at her and shivered. She stood shakily, feeling the beginnings of immense fatigue, before pulling off her only pewter bracelet. She broke it into small pieces before swallowing them with a handful of snow. Overall, she had about a minute and thirty seconds to get back to the school before she collapsed with fatigue. She quickly went back to Ms. Harmony and began hauling her behind her as she made her way to the school, burning only enough pewter to enable her to move the adult's weight. When she arrived at the end of the woods near the school, at least she hoped she was near the school, she ran out of pewter. The sudden sub-zero air drove the tiny girl to her knees, considerably weaker without pewter. Exhaustion slammed into her like a train, and her eyes drooped against her will. In a matter of seconds, she collapsed into sleep, her body unable to keep going without proper refueling. Compared to the freezing cold wind and snow, the pendant around her neck barely seemed warm. This was her last rational thought as she slipped into the world of dreams.

Lexi ignored Zenl's compliments, not really feeling like she deserved them. Instead of moping, however, she looked over at the third member of their group and asked, "Are you alright?" After resting for a bit, Lexi stood and said, "I'm going to start heading back to the school, okay?" She made her way back towards the school, feeling a little down. She had been looking forward to practicing with her two friends, but that was ruined by the wolf. Lexi had been walking along the trees without paying attention to where she was going when she suddenly tripped over a log-shaped object and went sprawling. Angrily she stood and stalked back to see what she had tripped over. Shock overrided the anger on her young visage as her eyes picked out a small girl, roughly her size, and an adult unconscious in the snow. She quickly summoned several of her servants from her abode and had them carry the two beings inside and to the infirmary. Once there, the undead servants laid them gently on the bed and vanished just as Xavier had. Lexi sat down in a nearby chair, wanting to be readily available to help if needed.

((@Kimichan: I can't involve your character in my posts with nothing to go on because then it could be considered godmodding. Sorry, but until you post something about your character, I can't include them in my posts. There's nothing worth mentioning. The only thing I could say would be that my character passed your character, which implies that they haven't moved, which could be vaguely considered godmodding. Again, sorry, but I can't do anything about it.))

Harmony opened her eyes and felt an instant pounding in her head. She clenched her eyes and then opened them again. Thoughts of what happened earlier on in the day flooded back to her and she began to look around frantically. "Wh- where is Shu, and Fae?" she asked a girl sitting on a stool nearby. Before the girl even had chance to answer Harmony saw Fae lying on the bed next to her and a shiver of fear ran through her body. Shu.

Harmony practically jumped to her feet and ran as fast as she possibly could back out into the snow and headed straight for the forest. Only minutes passed before she arrived back at the little cottage that they were all in before and slammed through the door at full speed. "Shu?! Shu where the hell are you?" she screamed at the top of her voice. Fear crept in as she started to think about the thought of losing her best friend.

Lexi started when the adult suddenly bolted awake, demanded where two people named Fae and Shu were, and jumped out of the bed to her feet before dashing out of the room and the building. Lexi summoned a couple of her undead minions in response and set them to watch the little girl, realizing that she'd probably have to go after the grown woman. She followed the woman's path outside and summoned a wolf to her aid. It loped up to her on skeletal legs before laying down and allowing her to mount it. Lexi climbed on board and kicked it into gear with a thought. She stalked the woman through the woods until she came to the clearing they had been at earlier. The woman was standing in the doorway of the same decrepit house that she had seen earlier. The undead beast continued carrying her up through the snow to the shack, where she instantly felt a malevolent presence. Without thinking, Lexi condensed her necromantic energy into a blade around her tiny fist. It was a rather useless skill, only useful for subduing undead entities. No human could see, let alone feel, the deadly blade, though Lexi wasn't sure that that applied to magical humans like the professors of the school. Lexi then hopped off the beast and released it back to where it came from and entered the building.

(dear lord.. please just drag me around for a little bit. i'm utterly useless until christmas is over.)

OOC: Since we put the pendant in the box and hid it with spells before the evil being made Fae leave or whatever I'm going with that rather then it suddenly being in Fae's possession. I'm still confused on most everything about those posts though so I'm winging it.

Shu had not gotten time to react. Whatever drove Fae to drag Harmony out of the building seemed not to follow the two. The spells effectively kept it from reaching the medallion, but Shu had been lost in the sudden speed of things that happened and was left vulnerable. She groaned softly some time later when she heard Harmony's voice. How long had she been out? What had that thing done? Where was it now? Why did it want the medallion and more importantly who was controlling that poor thing. Her whole body ached and she noted with some disinterest that the back of her dress had a huge tear in it revealing tattoos of many sizes and shapes that seemed to form a whole together and tell a story of sorts.

"H-here...ow my everything..." Shu called to Harmony as she slowly sat up and inspected herself for any damage. She found that the only thing wrong so far were streaks of white hair in her previously pitch-black locks, her ruined dress and her body aching.
"What happened...I can't remember....spells worked...that evil thing couldn't break them...the medallion is safe for now." Shu murmured dazedly.

((I apologize for the spells and box. I completely forgot that you guys had already set them. :sweat: I can't post much right now; Fae's pretty much knocked out for a couple of hours at least. Such are the consequences of pewter-dragging. :)))

Lexi tread cautiously through the previously abandoned building. She could sense the evil entity up ahead, smashing through a room further in, seemingly looking for something. Walking around the perimeter of the room, Lexi glanced at the two adults occasionally, necromantic blade humming softly. Only those who worked with dark powers, like Dark Arts or necromancers, could sense the blade. The dead could as well, but that is pretty much because they're dead. Lexi sneaked back into the kitchen where the unholy being was smashing everything in sight. The entity was actually a spirit, in the shape of a woman. She seemed to be in horrendous torment, like she was under the control of a non-necromancer. This was dangerous. This type of submission usually resulted in the death of the caster, so the caster must have been fairly confident, or stupid, to have attempted such a thing.

In the middle of Lexi's thoughts, the spirit woman turned around and directed its anguished gaze at Lexi. She froze, giving the spirit woman enough time to attack. It swung its ethereal fist at her and connected, sending the tiny girl crashing into the wall, where she lay limply.

OOC: Angelo my post said the evil entity left that means it's not in the house so will everyone stop changing what others write here?!

Harmony ran over to where Shu was, she tried to speak but the cold and fear had gotten to her and so she couldnt. Her throte was too cold to produce any kind of noise, and so she just went about getting Shu out of the building in silence. First though, she made a gesture at Shu that said: 'Are you okay?' and then tried to smile a little. Harmony made sure that Shu was okay physically before rushing over to check on the pendant. As she did she, she heard a massive crashing sound and then rubble falling from the ceiling. Shock and panic flooded her as she remembered feeling another person enter the building behind her before... The girl who had looked after her in the hospital wing.

Harmony made a dash for the kitchen, signalling to Shu that she would only be a moment and that she was to stay where she was incase she got hurt. Entering the kitchen, Harmony gasped as she saw the girl from the ward and ran over to her. She pulled her up into her arms and then began to carry her out of the way of evil and toward Shu. She began to sub-consciously stroke the girl's hair to sooth her and try to wake her up.

Lexi could vaguely feel her tiny body being carried away as consciousness trickled back to her. Her whole body ached, though it was mainly her back. Groaning, she tried moving, only managing to shake her fingers and toes, and even that brought on flashes of pain. Abandoning her attempts at movement, Lexi sent out a mental command. Merlin, come here.

Yes, milady, the undead being responded as he teleported to her. He appeared suddenly out of nowhere next to the other adult, and let out a gasp upon seeing Lexi and the wreckage that was once a decent looking home interior. "Milady!" he shouted as he dashed over to her. "What happened?!"

"Nevermind that Merlin. Listen, you had a strong link with Arthur when he was alive, right?" Lexi asked weakly, ignoring the two adults around her.

"Yes. Why?" Merlin asked, puzzlement descending upon his skeletal face.

"Where is he located now?"

Merlin closed his eyes for a moment before answering. "His consciousness is currently located in London."

"You can communicate with him too, right?"

"Yes."

"Can you go there and ask him to come here? Please?"

"Yes. I'll go now."

"Thank you," Lexi finished as Merlin vanished. All that she could do now was wait. It was remarkably difficult with such an evil being nearby in the next two rooms over, but she managed, though it's not like she had much of a choice.

((Merlin is a bodily servant. In other words, he's not a ghost or an apparition, he actually has a body.))

OOC: What the hey is going on T^T I don't even know where my character is right now and I don't even get a chance to post anymore before someone else changes my location and what's happening and someone explain this to me I'm lost here. I for once sleep a whole night and everything's gone lost on me.

((Your character is still in the house where you placed her. Lexi was planning on banishing the evil spirit, but it attacked her and injured her, so she summoned one of her minions. You can read about that in the previous post though. Fae is currently unconscious at the infirmary of the school. Harmony is currently carrying my character over towards your character, and Dmitri can't post until after Christmas because he's really busy. For more details, read the last two pages of posts. I just gave you the run-down, dry version.;)))
