Edinburgh rejected me, therefore it is a university for poo-heads.

Maturity, I has it.

... while we're at it, Bristol also rejected me. Exeter gave me an offer but I firmed somewhere else..... which is good because I failed to get the AAA Exeter wanted.

Edinburgh rejected me (I just heard back after I posted that haha), as did Queen Margaret's and Napier. I have my fingers crossed for the University of West Scotland, Hamilton campus now. I have 3/4 of the required grades (a B,C in Highers and over a Standard Grade in Maths) so I only need to get one B this year to get in.

What university are you at just now?

I'm sorry to hear that.

I'm doing a year in Massachusetts right now, but I'm going back to UEA in September.

Don't worry about it, I expected that. They asked for four As, which I have none of and I'm only doing three subjects this year.

Oh wow, that sounds a brilliant experience. I'd love to do a year foreign exchange.

It's been fun, but I think it would be better if I was in a more lively city. I'm close enough to visit Boston, but I'd rather be in Boston >.>

I'm looking forward to going home to things like Branston pickle, sausage rolls and reserved pessimism.

Oh by the way - Green Day were my favourite band in the world 5 years ago o3o

Ah I know what you mean. I'm a country girl, so I can't wait to get into the city. That's why I opted for Edinburgh, it's a lot friendlier than Glasgow (and the accent on females doesn't grate on me like the Glaswegian one).

The best thing about Britain is definitely the sarcastic sense of humour.

I love Green Day. They're in my top five bands.

I'm from a small town but it's kinda half and half... if you drive 10 minutes you're in Kentish countryside, but we're also a 30 minute train to London.

The town/city I'm in right now is lively... with crime.... but there's not a whole lot to do >.>

UEA, in Norwich, is the best university and the best city in the ENTIRE East of England. 8D

You've made me watch Bullet in a Bible now.

My nearest "big" city is Aberdeen, and that's two and a half hours away. I hate Aberdeen, so I really wouldn't choose to go there unless I was visiting someone.

There's pretty much no crime where I live. Though a couple years ago someone got shot in my town. That was crazy!

I've never been to Norwich. I'd love to go though, simply because I stand the chance of running into JaackMaate.

Haha, sorry.

Oh crap yeah someone was also shot in my town a few years ago - by police!

JaackMaate?

I always get excited when I see them in the Imperial War Museum just cuz I've been there xD

There's only a few vloggers I like too. He's one of them. I also quite like Shane Dawson, but he gets on my tits after a while. My favourite is probably TheStallion86 though. C:

I do like communitychannel, she's pretty funny. One of the "professional" youtubers.

She's making a pretty nice living off it!

I'm thinking about vlogging. I made one video, but I'll have to redo it because the audio has too much background noise.
I thought I'd film stuff about being in America.

I've never seen her, so I might take a peep.

I've thought about vlogging too. Then I changed my mind because no-one would watch me.

I was kinda prompted into it when I discovered my sister's secret vlogging life!

She has like 60 videos and 500 subscribers.

I'll see if I ever get round to actually finishing a video and uploading it.

I don't know anyone that vlogs. I know a load of people that sing on youtube though. They're not to my tastes though, all too warbly. D;

I have three subscribers.

If you do I'll be sure to check your video out. ^^

Best wishes on getting into West Scotland, Cass!

I'm only about 20 minutes from Seattle, but it's a ferry ride, which makes it into something of an ordeal, and I end up stuck, stuck, stuck in the woods most of the time. Which would be nice, if it was truly woodsy, but no. I can't really wander around. I'd end up on the highway soon enough.

Thank you, Biggles!

There's a load of woods near my house, but the ones closest to me is where a lot of people go to hang themselves...so I tend -not- to take a wander in there. You never know what you'll find.

That's really cool! I don't think I'd want to pour boiling water over plastic, though. @[email protected]

My one is going well. I did some baking and played San Andreas. What's not to love. c:

I love the idea of someone in a frilly apron lovingly making cookies, then running over prostitutes on GTA...

My weekend is pretty uneventful. No different from any other, really. I might plant some flowers later today, is that appropriate?

HIM's easter was going fine until HIM saw what they'd done to Vincent for the second Silent Hill movie.
