18 was an okay age for me, I got to go clubbing which was awesome. But of course I had quit smoking way before that so I couldn't buy cigs lol But most of it sucked cause I turned legal lol

Eh, 18 is nothing special for me. I don't smoke, but I do like to drink. When I was under 18, I could go to the bars with my dad and he could legally purchase alcohol and give it to me. Now that I'm 18, he can't do that, because I'm legal. There's a bar in town that still serves me though, even without my Dad, but that's because we're close friends with the guy who owns it.

All it means now is: my mother yelling at me to get a job.

I've been job hunting for ages now anyway

I didn't really care when I turned 18. To me I was just like "I can buy cigs, porn, and get into some clubs, great...I don't smoke, porn is gross and I never go out. This is quite pointless.". However when I turned 19, that meant that in Canada you could drink so my sister and I would always go over there until we were legal to drink in the states.
