Thats probably because to delete accounts would in turn erase posts, dropping thread post counts, which would in turn upset a good deal of menewshans.

No, i don't think it cause that stuff, would just mean "the user was deleted" thing under username. I have seen how that happens with banned and deleted users on other site. Rest stuff happens, noly userpage is not avaialble.
But then again, this is avvie site, I am not sure.

A banned account is much different than a deleted account. To delete an account would mean erasing it completely, at least I would assume so. Therefore all evidence of its existence would be erased, ergo the posts it made would vanish.

Hmm. Well, I don't know, not so many posts would get deleted along with it, so it wouldn't be such a loss anyway, if it was replaced by that message "this user was delated" or something, not removed altogether, that would mess up some win stuff and such. I don't know so much about the coding, though.

Eh, it's only the drivethru I ever have a problem with. The girl totally cut me off three times, and then gave me my total and told me to pull up before I'd even finished my order. You know, most places pause and ask if there was anything else after you tell them you want something. I had to interrupt her every time I wanted to add something to my order. APPARENTLY, I was supposed to get one meal and then leave, not have a meal and then a few odd assorted other items to get. I was going to get a couple of other things, but if they don't want my money... whatever.

I hate dealing with customers and low-paid employees. In fact, the entire customer service industry is crap.
