Sora sat on the edge of a small lake, her hair pulled over one of her shoulders as she ran her fingers through it. There really were not any knots in it, but it was something that helped to sooth her. Her bare feet dangled in the water and her eyes were closed as she hummed softly.

The woman knew that she should not be out here alone. She was not a fighter, and there were enemies around. Rival elves that would cause nothing but trouble. Sora did not let that worry her though. She had to be in the thick of nature, she had to enjoy the feel of the woods and the sounds around her, and she had to add her own music to it.

Agoni walked to the small lake hoping he could out wit the guards that watched his family. He smiled seeing the girl by the lake he watched her quietly trying not to make any noise. His hair blew in the soft breeze, the small dark crystals that hung from his ears clicked softly together as the wind blew.

(sorry im a little rusty i haven't really role played in a while)

She continued to hum for a long time, before she got the feeling of being watched. Blue eyes turned to him and widened when she saw that it was a Dark Elf intruding on her. She stood up quickly and took an involuntary step back, directly into the lakes waters. There was obvious fear in those eyes.

He ran to her pulling her out of the water "Are you alright miss...." he asked softly as he took a few steps away from her.

She stared at him in surprise. The woman was so surprised that it took her a few minutes to respond, "Y..yes I'm alright." Obviously she was not certain how to deal with this. He was not acting as she had been lead to believe his people would. Then again, he could simply be different that his people. Sora looked down and adjusted her skirts, though little could be done for them. They were wet and the delicate fabric was likely ruined.

He looked at her, "Im sorry i startled you... I was listening to you hum...." he said trying not to seem hostile. He voice was cold but sweet, his red eyes looked in to hers as he tried hard to stay in control of the situation, she was so beautiful he could hardly contain himself.

Her gaze raised to him again and she bit her lower lip, "Who..who are you?" She honestly was not use to this. She only knew what she had been told of his people, and nothing more. He seemed like he would fit in with her own people. She had a lot of questions, but thought she she would probably never be able to ask them.

He took her hand and kissed it softly with a bow "My name is Agoni... my fair maiden", He ran his fingers threw his hair as the wind blew around them.

She could not help but blush when his lips brushed against her hand. The wind played through her long hair, blowing strands of it in front of her face, but she ignored them. This man, this Agoni, had ignited her curiosity. She dropped a curtsy, extending her wet skirts to either side of her, and bowed her head slightly, "I am Sora Ganeah. It is a pleasure." Inwardly she scolded herself for giving her entire name, but showed no signs of that inner argument to the Dark Elf standing before her.

He smiled she was so polite and cute but he knew she wasn't a dark elf, "Miss sora, Why are you out here by yourself... A beautiful women such as yourself should be escorted by a gentlemen..." he grinned at her trying not to blush.

Her eyes widened again. Finally she pushed her hair from her face and managed to answer him, "I come here often alone." Sora paused and seemed to realize that was not really an answer. "I find it more difficult to feel as though I am part of nature, if I have someone accompanying me that is constantly chattering away about the dangers of this forest." She shifted under his gaze slightly, "I have never seen one of your people in this area before. What brings to you today?"

((Sadly, I need to go to sleep. I'm starting to have trouble keeping my eyes opened. -huggles- I will post as soon as I can tomorrow though.))

He averted his gaze "I ran away..." he said slightly cold. He looked back at her as his gaze softened. "I haven't seen to many dangers around these woods...".

She raised her eyebrow slightly at this, "Ran away? Why?" The question was blurted before she could stop herself. Sora clasped her hands over her mouth and her eyes were wide. After a moment she lowered them, her voice soft, "I..I am sorry. You don't have to tell me."

The woman chewed on her lower lip before she spoke again. She was not really certain how to make the next statement, but it would make her peoples fears of this wood clearer. "Your people are the danger." Her eyes were on his, her gaze searching his. She wanted to ask so much but she did not know where to start. He really was handsome, and his kindness towards her left her off guard.

He looked at her surprised "You wouldn't understand..." he said softly looking away to only look back at her at the thought is people were the cause of such fear. "I don't understand why your people should fear my people..." he said bluntly oblivious to the waring tribes.

The look of surprise on her face was so blatant that her mouth might as well have been hanging open. "You...how could you possibly not know of the war that's been going on between our people for...6 years now I think?" She took a step closer to him, uncertain but there was nothing in him that seemed threatening. Of course, it could be a farce which would leave her in a very bad predicament.

He smiled taking a step closer to her "I know about the war... i just choose to disagree with it... war is awaste of time..." he gently rose his hand to her cheek brushing a few stray hairs away.

She took a deep breath when his fingers brushed against her cheek, "That is not something I would have expected of your people." There was so much she didn't know, so much that she didn't think her people knew. Sora bit her lower lip lightly before she spoke again, "I..I do not agree with it either."

"good" he said as he smiled at her his eyes looked in to hers, the deep red shined in the sunlight. He took a few steps away from her "I must leave you my sweet maiden for the guards will surly be here in moments, you should hide or go back to your village... meet me here tonight..." he said kindly as he seemed to disappear before her eyes.

She watched him disappear and it took a minute before his words sank in. Sora could hear the approach of footsteps so she turned and disappeared into the forest herself. The girl was adept at hiding in the woods, and at moving silently. It would not be difficult for her to elude them. Unfortunately for her she could hear them ahead of her as well. All she could do was hunker down behind a tree and hope that they did not come her way.

"Where is he!" yelled one of the guards as they ran past, not even noticing her. Agoni stood in a branch right above her "My maiden..." he whispered crouching on the branch watching the guards search the area. A guard turned seeing the girl and began moving towards her with a smirk his eyes glowing in lust " Oi women, what are you doing out in these woods alone" he said moving closer to her.

She stood when she realized that she had been seen and backed away slowly before she turned to try to run from the man. Unfortunately another was already behind her and caught her by both arms. She struggled against him, kicking him in the shin as hard as she could. Unfortunately for her he was wearing armor, and she did not have shoes on so all she managed to do was break at least one of her toes.

Agoni jumped from the tree landing in front of the guard and punched him in the face. He swooped sora in to his arms kicking the other guards away. "where is your village my maiden..." he said as he darted away from the guards threw the forest.

She gripped Agoni tightly when he picked her up. His question about her village sent fear through her mind, "You..you cannot take me there. My people would kill you!" Her voice was tinged with the pain that her broken toe caused, but there was deffinat pleading for him not to do that. She couldn't explain it, nor did she really understand it, but the last thing she wanted was to see something happen to him. Especially after he rescued her.

"Your people wont hurt me if i return you safely and leave..." he said darting threw the trees with grace "and you are in no condition to walk my dear maiden..."

"No, you don't understand. They will kill you on sight! Our people are at war, they would not think that you were returning me safely, they would assume that you were the one that hurt me." She didn't like this, didn't like feeling weak and helpless, but those guards...she didn't want to think about what they would have done to her. She was not a fighter, she never would be. "I know some place we can go. The guards wouldn't be able to find you, and you wouldn't have to face my people."
