All seems well whence you arrive, and yet your curious for why YOU have been invited to Vincent's Passage of Scarification. Among the thoughts trouble stirs, and Vincent hasn't been seen at all since your arrival. The air thickens, and a scream comes from The Lord and Lady's quarters. Vincent's Mother and Father have been murdered, and yet Vincent still hasn't been found. Leaving is no option, the doors and windows are completely sealed shut. Solve the case, for your life depends on it..

Personality: Laid back and quiet. A very bright individual, and someone that stands out due to his serious look, but in reality he's a softy.
Biography: Vincent had dreaded the "Coming of Age" ceremony, he never wanted to be branded even if it meant acceptance, and a higher social stature. He was indeed ADOPTED into the Hullington home; but they had accepted him as he was, and to finalize it, his father promised him his scarification ceremony. His father Edward did realize, that Vincent was a sensitive boy; physically, but mentally he was very powerful.
Relationship with Parents: Gentleman towards his mother, though there are times when he can't stand her at all, and with his father he usually acts as his father in a mockingly fashion- Rude, loud, and blunt.

The OOC Thread

Im confused will you explain it to me and may I join Can I be a guest?

The night begins, beautiful, peaceful, a perfect night for a masquerade. This was the night indeed, planned out precisely by Mr. & Mrs. Hullington for their son. They waited years for this night, due to the fact the first son had died so unexpectedly.. This is Vincent's time now, finally he will become a man of the Hullington family.

Close friend Katherine Barrentine, was first to arrive. She was proud that Vincent would finally take forth of his family name, but she didn't approve of the scarification process.. Katherine was brought by horse drawn carriage, and waited onto the steps of the Hullington Castle. She put on her mask, and rung the bell. She waited patiently until something from behind made her quite uneasy.

A Blonde young fellow tapped onto Katherine's shoulder, he noticed it frightened her, but it made him giggle. "Katherine, it's been so long! I'm glad to see you here" He embraced her tight, until she pushed him away. He realized, that she wasn't aware of who he was. "Don't you recognize me?" He pulled off his white feathered mask "It's me, Hullen Sebastian! We were friends long ago, with Vincent, remember grade school?" Hullen tilted his head curiously.

"I don't, I'm sorry, but we have the night to get re-acquainted" She smiled softly, and watched as Hullen returned his mask onto his face. Both waited for the doors to open "I wonder whose all coming.. I really hope.. We don't have to stay to watch the scarification" Katherine tensed, and knocked onto the doors, and rung the bell again..

Uri heard the doorbell ring. She was in the kitchen setting the table for dinner. She frowned. Where was that butler? She heard it ring a second time. She was not supposed to answer the door. She sighed and went back to putting name tags on the table. She really hated partys. It involved her to do so much extra work. She surveyed the room with a trained eye. Everything seemed to be in order. She exited the dining room and took off to the parlor. She had a tray of drinks in her hand. Now for the butler to let people in.

Yolana looked up out of her carriage. She sighed. She did not really want to be here but her parents insisted she needed culture. She exited the carriage slowly and walked up the steps. Her mask hid her face. Something she found rather pointless but she accepted it. She noticed two other people standing around talking and did not speak to them. She just stood a couple of steps below them looking around.

Yen walked swiftly threw the rather large house covering great distances with each stride of his long legs. He open the door upon hearing the door bell and gave a slight bow before raising his head and peering out at the guest. He held his left arm out in front of him with his white linen towel on it ready to take any coats or shawls that the gust might be ready to ride themselves of for the night till it is time for them to part. His eyes where warm and his voice ran out like a warm bell as he spoke and welcome his dear masters gust.

"Welcome dear sirs, and Ladies. Please come inside as we ready for the Master. The master and lady of the house will be down shortly to greet you as well. There will be snakes for you inside for you to nibble upon till the mater and lady of the house come down. Please step this way into the main hall." He said as he looked at each guest present. He took mental notes of who was there already and who was going to be fashionable late witch he know would up set his lady of the house. He would help the maids and chef get the treats out for their guest once he got them all in and their coats. He would then go tell his Master and lady that their guest had arrived.

Hullen wrapped his arm around Katherine's and escorted her into the castle behind Yen. He realized she had wanted to walk with Yen, but didn't allow it. He smiled wickedly as he nuzzled her arm. Hullen somehow knew that Katherine had a thing for Yen, then again not entirely knowing what it was exactly.

Katherine struggled a bit and looked back, she paused for a moment "Come along miss, its quite cold out. You don't want to catch a cold waiting for others" She said with a gentle smile as she broke away from Hullen. She stepped over to Yolana and held her hand out "Come on" She said happily.

Abel awaited inside. Peering up at the clock every now and then as he set the remaining bit of green on the snacks. Simple crackers and cheese.Plus a fee family recipes would hold the guests over until he was finished pampering the actual appetizers. Abel was running just a bit behind schedule. Having one of his assistants catch a cold. Although it was not his fault. Still he was half expecting Yen to be in at any moment to demand what was taking so long. Hell,most of the guests did not even notice the lack of food any how. He pushed the snacks aside to be brought outside as he went to the ovens.

He began to pull out many different foods from the five oven in the kitchen. Setting them down to cool while he got the platter ready. Abel was completely blocking everything out around him for the time being as he worked.

Selma was sitting in her carriage. In front of her own were a few other people just getting off. Leaving a line. Soon enough she was brought to the steps of the home. Why she was sent here? Well it was a small argument between her and her father. Well, maybe not an argument, but she really just did not wish to be there. Selma barely knew the family after all.

As her carriage stopped, she was let out. In front of her were a few other young ladies and a young man. As well as an opening door. Before fully stepping out of the carriage,she placed her mask over her face. Hiding her light features from everything. Though seeing everyone else Selma realized how dark she was dressed compared to them. With a bit of a inhale, she released her breath while stepping out of the carriage.

Yolana smiled and bowed at the lady. She stepped inside the hall. It was huge and quite pretty. She reached her hand out and touched the picture on the wall. It was lovely. She bowed at the maid and took herself a drink from her tray. She looked at the others to see what they would do.

Uri sighed. She hated partys so much sometimes. The thought of everything she was going to have to clean up is what depressed her the most. She hoped the party went well and everything worked out. She knew this was something important. This was a ceremony that every young man had to go through. She frowned. Where was The hullingtons anyways?

Yen shut the door once the guest where in. He quickly hurried to the kitchen and gave a faint smile to Abel as he entered and looked at his works as he grabbed a few before asking to carry them to the guest. He knew Abel would be rather upset with him getting them but he had to know he was coming to tell him what the master and lady would want to tell him.
"Time is ticking the master and lady's guest are here. So please work your magic and make that magical meal in a hurry." He looked at the other staff in the room as he put a smile upon his face. "It is time to work people! Chop Chop we have guest to attend too! The master and Lady doesn't want us standing around hustle hustle."
