Jelly gave me one a few events ago.

Nope, it was given to me for a few reasons, I believe (though she didn't explain it at the time).

It was when she was ill. I was trying to help her out. I offered to forfeit my 1st place in a Treasure Hunt type game to help run it or something similar temporarily since she was having trouble getting to the rounds. She didn't accept, of course. I also helped a few others collect all of the items from that event for her.
