Aw... that's annoying. What kind of server is it? Creative, PVP, PVE?

I haven't a clue. They use MC MMO though is all I really know. It might have PvP...

The server I normally play on tries to keep fairly close to vanilla minecraft, but with a few perks like the /home command, locking chests and region weather... but every once and a while there will be a weird one like ghosts or MC Gods. xD

It is. I like a different one more but I forget the name. It required you to use a tool to level it up and eventually upgrade to one day using diamond. That way people weren't going BAM diamond everything!

If we ever do get a server set up, what we could do is just make a big wall, with survival on one side and creative on the other and you can just go back and forth whenever you feel like it.

The gate is rigged to have the floor drop out via a series of pistons. The hapless victims fall into a bedrock pit, where dispensers proceed to spit out creepers.

And you could build the factory near the gate... so all the 'boom' sounds would add to the atmosphere.

I would build very very far from that gate... XD my factory would take an insane amount of work

I tend to prefer building things in creative as well.
Survival is nice now and then to have a little change, but I must create!

Well I'm not a fan of creative. I like the risk of monsters and stuff... cause my factory would be a mob farm too

Does anyone play Tekkit?

I think I heard of or tried it for a little while...

I've played a pretty decent amount of Tekkit and love every bit of it.
And because if that, I have a hard time going back to vanilla minecraft survival.

*looks up* Ooh... tekkit is like bukkit...

Technic is a pack of mods all together. Tekkit is the multiplayer version of that.
It really is tons of fun. There's so much to build and work towards, it adds so much to the game.
Plus all of partial block from the Redpower 2 mod within tekkit are fantastic for decorating.

I kinda miss evil minecraft actually... made the game so much more hazardous... yet only if you ventured out. It made nature dangerous because of course if there's zombies and creepers there should be more

I tried playing Minecraft on easy mode today. I liked it until I saw a creeper. I'm not much for scary things in games but I guess it's something you get use to.

Creepers aren't really scary... people just go nuts if they see one...

Once you get over the fear they're easy if nothing more than irritating to fight.

Good to know. How do you eat food in Minecraft ? I looked all over the wiki page and didn't find anything. Sorry about being such a noob.

I believe you right click and hold to eat. Same would go for potions.
But you need to have it selected to do so.
