Kasumi smiled now that she knew it was all right. Neither of the twins were aware of whatever danger October feared but they felt great appreciation that she was worried for them.

Both followed October in silence for a little while before Kaito spoke. "We're really much older than she acts. But you... probably knew that. ... Kasumi somehow acts like a little kid when she's sad but we're adults..."

"Just barely." Kaumi giggled. Kaito smacked her playfully in the arm.

"Cities only mean trouble because of the higher risk that someone won't like me." he answered.

Noticing how uncomfortable she must be he climbed down the tree and offered her his hand. "Fame used to be somewhat important to me but I think this is because my family groomed me to be an entertainer. Ever since I've come into my own as a man it is... not so much." he sighed. "I only play now for fun and, yes, perhaps to please my loved ones on occasion." He smiled again.

Ari looked confused as Nassii climbed out of the tree but smiled and took his hand when he offered it. "You entertain? What do you play?" She asked as she made sure nothing was caught on the branches before she decided to get down. No need to look foolish again. Ari thought with a small smile.

October burst out laughing as she turned to them and looked at them. "You two are really funny." She said between gasps. She smiled at them as she flew besied Kaito. "So you two are twins right?" She looked at them curiosly.

"Oh.... everything." he answerd, self-assured. And then laughed a how pompous he must sound as he let go of her hand since she was now safely down the tree. "I do not mean to brag, actually, it's only that I do know how to play a great many instruments. In fact, I haven't come across one yet that I haven't been able to figure out." He furrowed his brow and scratched his chin absent-mindedly. "though I am certain there are several out there... Come to think of it, that might be one of the reasons why I do travel so much - I'm looking for that great challenge." He laughed again

"Or, love..." he looked at her, "But nearly everyone is looking for that.'

"yeah, " Kaito responded. "Though we can never agree on who's the older one." They both chuckled.

"It's ME." Kasumi whispered, catching another gentle tap from her brother.

"October, Do you have any sisters?" Kaito asked.

Ari couldn't help but blush a little as he said love and then looked at her. She smiled looking at the ground and responded a bit quietly. "Yes, I suppose everyone is looking for love." Ari managed to smile now and with her hands behind her back she rocked onto her heels. "I would love to hear you play something. Maybe if you are around for a while." She smiled a little more as her hand still felt warm from being in his and it was such a nice feeling. "Do you enjoy playing all instruments equally or do you have a favorite?" Ari asked now thinking about how much she liked his laugh.

October looked away from the two. "Yes, I did have a sister." She said remebering her older sister. "She was older then I was tho. The best person in the village we live in, she was my hero." October sighed as they reached the camp she knew. "Hear we are!" She smiled at them as she showed them the camp.

"Wonderful!" Kasumi said, easily distracted by the new place. She zoomed off to explore.

Meanwhile, Kaito held back, momentarily held by tone in October's voice as she spoke of her sister in the past tense. He bit his lip for a moment. "We're not going to be a bother to anyone, are we?" he asked of her. "My sister will probably get sleepy again soon and I don't want to impose on anyone in your camp..."

October looked at Kaito. "I dont think so. They havent gotten sick of me yet so i think you two are safe." She said with a smile and notice he was worried. "Is something wrong?" October looked confused.

"No..." he smiled. "I just wanted to make sure." Kaito didn't want to pry into October's past so he left it at that.

Sure enough, Kasumi found some berries and then began yawning uncontrollably before passing out on a nearby leaf. Kaito laughed at her childlike spontaneity but decided to stay with his hostess for the time being..

"Hmm..." he smiled as he considered the question. "I like strings best. I feel they convey emotion better than other instruments. Do you have a favorite, yourself?" he casually reached a hand forward and put a stray strand of her hair back where it looked it belonged.

Ari only had to think for a second to respond. "The piano." Ari said with a smile. "It has always been my favorite. I can play a little but haven't managed to learn more." Ari was glad that she had known her answer cause when Nassii tucked a stand of her hair back into place she blushed and seemed to be at a loss for words.

"Piano - a great instrument, to be sure... but not very portable." he chuckled. "Probably the best incentive to settle down in one place, for me at least, would be to have all of the larger instruments - such as the piano - for myself. But, instead, I carry smaller pieces, more forgiving to my lifestyle." he smiled.

Ari nodded as her blush slowly faded. "Yes I can't imagine you would carry around a piano." Managing a laugh Ari smiled. "I imagine it would be easier to carry around say...a flute." Ari smiled at Nassii's very apparent love of instruments and music. "If we ever leave these woods you should visit me. I have a piano and I would love to hear you play."

"Perhaps a little harpsichord?" he laughed, while bending over and pretending to carry something large and awkward. "No, no... I'm afraid I'm still to weak to carry that. Plus it's rather unbecomming, isn't it?"

"I would love to visit you some day but... I wonder.. by the way you phrased that is it that no one who has tried has ever been able to leave the woods yet?" He cocked an eyebrow. "Or is it that you are merely lost for the moment?"

Ari giggles as Nassii pretended to carry something large. "Do you carry anything on you that you can play now?"

Ari smiled softly at his next question and paced a little away from him and then back towards him again. "From what I have heard so far, everyone seems to have been dropped here or woken up here." Ari sighed and hugged herself a bit. "I don't know if anyone has tried to get out of the woods. But I must admit I don't like being lost." Ari frowned slightly looking down at her arms and frowned as she remembered her first attempts at living alone in the woods, getting lost and nearly starving. "I like to know where I am, but this is an adventure so I guess I will know where I am going sooner or later." Ari commented, more to herself than anything.

"Well, from what I've seen there is no lack of food nor immediate danger yet. So I guess that means we still have plenty of time to find our bearings." He smiled reassuringly

Suddenly he raised his eyebrows. "Speaking of which... there was talk of food earlier but then we never ate. And now, I fear the pixie has abandoned me for the moment. Have you found anything to eat around here recently? If not, then I may want to go scavenging..." His stomach growled a bit too loud for comfort and he blushed at the sound.

Ari smiled gently at him as he seemd to put her fears to rest. "That is good then." Ari said with a small nod. The mention of food made her stomach rumble a little and she laughed as she heard Nassii's Rumbling loudly. "It seems we are both hungry." Ari giggled. "I don't have any food with me however. I would have to imagine that there is fruits or berries around here somewhere." Ari scanned the near by area for any such fruits. She couldn't help but smile at Nassii before moving hesitantly away from him to look around the trees for a few bushes that might contain some berries. "Hopefully we can find something close by."

"That sounds wonderful." Nassii responded, pulling his hair back behind his shoulders. "However, would you rather accompany me or stay with your friend here?" He nodded down at Ari's sleeping friend at the foot of the tree.

"I can bring you what food I find, if you would rather stay by his side?"

Ari smiled at Nassii's offer. "Thank you." Ari looked at Del. "I would feel horrible if I left him alone sleeping and something happened to him while we were searching." Ari bit her bottom lip a little as she thought. "Tho it doesn't seem fair to ask you to do all the work." She would love to spend more time with Nassii, but she couldn't leave behind Del while he was asleep and unprotected. Ari debated for a moment and sighed a little. "I would really appreciate it if you would bring back anything you find." Ari said with a slight smile.

"I don't mind at all." He smiled warmly. "Besides, it's finally getting dark out and I could enjoy some time to myself. My eyes do well in the moonlight. I'm sure I'll be back soon."

With that he left to find some plant foods.

Ari couldn't help but smile at him and after him as he wandered off into the woods to gather food. Handsome, kind, sweet, smart...what more could a girl ask for? With a small sigh wishing she had went with him Ari went back and rested against the tree trunk and waited impatiently, for the first time she could remember, for his return.

It couldn't have been very long but slowly Ari's eyes started to drift shut and she fell asleep against the tree waiting for Nassii's return.
