I don't think you can blame your dad. He shouldn't be obligated to help out his ex wife. No offense to you or your mother--it's just how I see those kinds of things. Although he shouldn't have promised anything if he didn't want to help anyway.

Oh no. I really don't blame him for anything, it's more along the lines of, I'm usually stuck in the middle of everything like always. -.-
Oh and yes I noticed my message repeated itself (double post of the same message) I didn't have a good signal and I guess it f'd up.

Don't worry about the repeat message. Happens to me all the time--I just fix it before anyone notices if I have the chance.
Yeah, I get that. I've been the middleman for my parents before. It's not cool.

I hate being the one stuck in the middle for everything. Oh well. This current bullshit my mom is pulling, my dad is borrowing his friend's truck soon and getting my stuff the heck out of mom's and putting most of it in storage and my bed in the other room at his place. wooo, my bed gets to share a space with my stepsister's stuff. My step-sister lives with her boyfriend, but she'll stop over and stay there sometimes (with him too... depends on the night) Which is fine, the two of us get along really well and are getting closer.
I just got back to school today. I haven't been able to get online much since Wednesday night. ^^"
Now I have 2 weeks left in school this semester and a shit ton of work to get done over the next few weeks.. Which means, lots of sleepless or not much sleep nights ^^"

So I worked hard last weekend putting up the Christmas tree and I wrapped a few presents. One of which was my mother's. I put it under the tree as I always do.
I came home today and she proceeded to be an utter bitch. Literally laugh in my face, and tell me exactly what she had correctly guessed her present to be. She then rubbed it in and basically calling me an idiot by saying she was smarter than me for half an hour until I blew up in her face and told her to f off.
Either I am taking the present back, or I'll let her have it. But I am never getting her a present again. I'm done. My dad can handle her bullshit.
I worked so hard to make sure she got a wonderful surprise present. I was so excited that she was going to like it and be happy for once.
Anyway, I have a paper due tomorrow that I need to write tonight. Finals are coming up quick as well.

That's shitty of her. Yeah, she doesn't deserve anymore gifts you worked hard to make sure it was special.
I have no clue what/if I'll get my mom anything.
I already grabbed one of Dad's gifts. I found Vol. 1 of the 007 collection. It has the first 3 James Bond movies on it. Over the next couple year or so, I'll get him all of the volumes of it ^^
Yeah, I have a few things due soon, so I'm off and on.
But, I did find one of mike's gifts and something for our niece (my brother's daughter)

This is not my day. I've calmed down from the mom thing...still not happy about it...gonna have to do something to her for it, but I can deal. Still might not get her any presents for awhile.
But anyway. I just went to get a cavity fixed and came home to somebody telling me I'm going to be the crazy cat lady in the future. I know he was just joking, but I'm not in the mood and I've always been afraid I might actually become that.
That's a nice gift you got your dad, though.

Yeah, I wouldn't be too happy about it either.
I know what you mean about the crazy cat lady comment. I hated it when I would get those when I was younger. Made me feel more like a piece of crap. -.-
Yeah. I'm sure he'll like it, I'm also getting him On Her Majesty's Secret Service (which is the 4th one) since the actor who was in it only did one movie as Bond. I don't think he gets his own.
Boot shopping while looking for stuff for people for Christmas and do homework. Yup, that's me for a bit ^^"

Well, in the end, she ruined her present. I didn't do it to her. If she wants to live her life that way, so be it. Since I wrap my own presents I could very easily sneak and see what they are (parents just give them to me in a nondescript sealed box to wrap), but I don't because I value the surprise. And even if I figure it out I don't tell the person. That is not cool. Honestly. I should not be more mature than a 59 year old woman in so many ways.
The thing is I only have one cat. And at most I'd only ever have two or three. Some people have like 5 dogs and shit. Leave me be. I don't even talk about her much, but she's my baby. Especially since I have no siblings.
I love boot shopping. ^^ I'm going to become very sparse now because of the essay most likely. Will be in and out, though.

Yeah, it's her own fault. It's sad when we're far more mature than one or both our parents sometimes and they're in their 50s. O.o
Same with me, I have Eli, he's my baby boy and everything. I have a sibling, but he's so much older than me, from an early age, he wasn't around much. (around 12ish)
I hate boot shopping because I can never find anything I like. -.- But, hopefully I find something soon before it starts snowing more.
Same, I'll be in and out. Gotta find articles for my stuff. ^^"

My mom got very stuck in her maturity level. I mean, she is responsible and holds down a job and such, but so much of the shit she does and the words that come out of her mouth are like a 17 year old who is high on themselves.
Yeah, and we've got nothing on the Paris Hiltons who dress up their dogs with pink boas. XD
I agree, boot shopping can be a pain. I usually want something that doesn't exist. I just enjoy shoe shopping so much that even though it's a pain I like it.

Yeah, we all have people in our families like that. -.-
Lol! I've dressed Elijah up as Santa Claus. I bought him a Santa suit last year. He looked so adorbs in it. I won't put him in it all the time though, once a year or 2 is bad enough.
Oh it is a pain. Especially since most women's boots at stores have nothing to do with what I want. Hopefully i find something.
I hate shoe shopping too. Though at times it can be fun.

Lolz. I saw a kitty Santa Suit last night. I didn't seriously consider getting it, but it made me giggle.
The thing with boots is that most of them have heels. And I dunno about you or any other women, but if you wear
heels on ice you're stupid.

FINALLY BOOT SHOPPING DONE!
Didn't find exactly what I liked, they ran out of them in my size before I could order. So, I got my second choice
Amazon.com: Nature Breeze Lug-12 Women Lace Up Military Boot BLACK: Shoes these are the boots I bought. Totaled to be $39,99 ^^" But, it'll be worth it.
Yeah, I don't get it why the hell women would wear boots with heels with ice. It's stupid. I prefer to have combat style boots.

Ohh, those are actually quite cute. Generally I'm not a fan of combat boots, but those are nice. Somehow they're feminine while still being combat style.
That's cheap for boots. Looks like a good deal to me.

mmhmm, it's a pretty good price. I was looking at prices of boots at the store my step-sister works at and... yeah, expensive. I won't consider getting boots from her store unless I go when she's working and if she has a discount we family can use.
Yeah, I love the combat style boots. I'm still someone who love wearing them cause they look cool. I am looking forward to wearing a skirt with either my cool looking almost knee high socks, or my cool tights with those on :D
mmhmm, they're still the combat style looking boots but also look feminine, which is why I liked these so much. That and I'm not disappointed about the other ones.

My boots this year cost like 45, but I've paid much more than that in the past. I think the most I've ever spent on boots was 85, but I loved those boots and wore them out to the point that it would've cost more to fix them than it did to replace them.
That's good you're not disappointed. I have the uncanny habit of always picking shoes that are sold out of my size. Considering I'm a size 8 that's pretty common.

Yeah, I'm an 8,5-9. Usually they don't have 8,5 so I have to go for 9. 9 is pretty common. About as common as my bra size. Hard to find either.
I'm a cheapass and went a year or so without boots because $40 was too much for me.

Oh gawd. Bras are worse. I can never find my size in bras. I find my size in 2/10 of the bra styles that I like. If that.
I couldn't go that long. Boots are the only thing I wear when snow starts sticking.

I dunno how I did it last year without my boots. It was horrible, that I do remember.
Ack, I hate bra shopping. Especially since I can never find mine in good colours or patterns for a good price. You always find the sizes below me in the special packs of 2 for around $6-8... But, not mine. Everyone I guess is my size.
Kind of like the post I had on Tumblr awhile ago about the bra sizes and the colours.
