I wouldn't apply to fast food unless it was a last ditch effort. Some retail is fine to work as long as you have some seniority going for you.

Ah, that'd be sick. definitely a good way to get in, but everyone wants bachelor's degrees and what not and its so aggravating, it's like, but i'm /going/ to get it. common D:

I usually end up doing my homework the day its due myself, but trying to be a little more diligent this semster, but then again it's now only the third week so far xw x;

Wah, definitely one weekend can mess you up, although i'm going to get things done, un/fortunately. my boyfriend's going to africa for two weeks, so i generally have no excuse to mess up, although i can plenty find distractions /internet

Yeah, I use my days off from work to catch up on my homework. I have Monday, Thursday (have class at 4.10-6.50), Saturday, and Sunday.
I work Tue (12-5), Wed (12-5), Fri (11.30-4). So, by the time I get back to my apt, I'm tired and don't care to do homework.
This Saturday though, I spent it from 3.30- today at 4.30 not getting any work done since this race I like watching was on. The 24hr Rolex at Daytona :)

@Faye: Third week here too. It's bad that I'm already rebelling against doing work. Heh.

@Greed: Last August this time around. Had a stint in school about 3 years ago at this point, then one back in '95.

@Greed: Well... Back in '95, I was going for my Bachelors in Computer Science degree right out of high school... That didn't work.

Joined the military in '02, went back to school full-time in '10, and that was going to be an Associates in Broadcast Communication Arts. Meanwhile, I had gotten an Associates in Aviation Maintenance Technology through the Air Force. Heh.

Now, I'm back in school again, and I decided to kind of combine my two... Looking to declare my Bachelors in Computer Science, and minor (or double Major, if I'm feeling frisky) in Communications.

I don't know how to explain my major. sorry :(

Sciency... Library-y stuff! :D
