Sometimes it's hard to juggle things. I mean, I know that when I'm at school I've got a full workload, a 20 hour/week job, I'm an RA, I get to the gym most days, and still sometimes find time for friends, but it's not easy.

Well, I find that the more things I stuff into my schedule, the more time I find to do stuff. Like, right now, literally all I do is work (I'm doing an internship) and I have no motivation to even do the dishes. But when I'm at school and busy, I'm a machine. It's weird how that works for me.

Aww, I want to sign up for an internship. I don't know what a history-major internship would do though, nonetheless, where they'd be located.

The only thing I could think of would be, like, a museum, but that's a little narrow-minded of me. Aside from research and museums I don't really know what you would do with a degree in history.
The really cool thing about my internship is that it's actually built into the curriculum. Everyone takes on as their first time of their sophomore year and there's a bunch of written assignments you have to do and it's actually really informative.

I thought about law school. I was the captain of the mock trial team in high school. It just would have been a lot of money and a lot of schooling and I didn't think I'd be able to manage it financially.

Where'd everyone go? All of a sudden I am alone, and kind of sad. :(

Yeah his name's "Grave Beetle" and he killed off my main character. I was supposed to revive him with an item, but I said no, because I intended to revive him with one of my other characters' powers. Bad choice.
Additionally, I just turned on my PSP to continue my other Persona game. When my PSP died sometime last month, apparently it took away where the heck I was playing last. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO today is NOT a good day for gaming.

:-/ I'm very sorry to hear that. I sort of wish technology could just read our minds. I think it would make things 800 times easier.
But then I remember all the movies where technology gets totally out of control and almost destroys the entirety of human kind, and I decide that my computer troubles aren't so bad after all.

I believe that technology is making people get lazier. Like the Jeopardy robot...and soon enough we'll be living like the "humans" do in Wall-E.

I can see where you're coming from with that, but there's an interesting counter-culture evolving and trying to lower people's dependency on computers...
Have you seen Surrogates? It's a movie with Bruce Willis that came out a few years back.
@devcul - Worst sneaking away ever. Just saying. In fact, if I didn't know any better, I'd think you just wanted us to pay attention to you again...

No, but I've heard of it. What's this counter-culture thing?
If Dev wasn't such an ass, I'd probably have been nice enough to take him out for a coffee. But oh well, his loss.

Just there are people who are making a conscious effort to get out of the technology age.
In the movie, people link to robots for their every day life. It almost makes the world a utopia: no violence (you can only harm the machine, not the person, so there's no motivation to harm another person); no disease. And then someone starts killing people while they're hooked up to their surries. In the movie, there's an entire culture that lives free of any machines or machine-influence. It's just really interesting. A good movie to see.

It takes a certain kind of person to literally get into a fight with themselves over something they've done in the past.

@Yosuke - The cellphone addiction thing is interesting to me. For me, at least, I'm just addicted to talking to my friends and being connected to people. All I really do on my phone is text, though the GPS function is handy in a pinch.
HI BLACKIE! I missed you!
