Here's my stance on boobs. They're great. They're warm and fun to play with and they make AWESOME pillows. But... see... I draw the line at a C-cup. If they're too big, that's when you get into risks of spraining your wrist or thumb, or suffocating if you're face-deep. Also, much bigger and its hard to find a proper bra to support them, and no one likes back pain. And I don't like my girls in pain.... unwanted, anyhow. >>
Mostly we just complained a lot in middle school. Complaining was the hip thing to do for us "good kids." So we pretty much got into the habit of hating things. 13 is a weird age...
My life improved a lot when I got out of my hometown and found people that actually had interests and things in common and didn't just whine all the time. Though... some of them did a fair amount of that, too. >>
Not going into that. xD
I used to do stretches when I got up, but I always fall out of habit. Now that I sleep during the day, its really easy for my sleep to get interrupted by... the... uhm... sun. So I get intermittent sleep. And I forget to do stuff after about the third time I wake up. xD
I'll try to get back into the habit, though.

hahahaha I agree. Back pain is not something I want to have and hopefully won't have to deal with.
I totally understand on the stretches. I can't even stretch when I wake up, because it's difficult for me to tell when I'm actually awake. I just kinda wander around in a dream-like state most days, occasionally dozing off while watching shows, working on projects or talking to friends on Facebook.
lol We complain a little. But we also joke about it a lot, too. And..well..for the most part we're just a big group of girls with the occasional guy that has girl-related problems. Difference being that we're all fairly nerdy girls? I dunno. We have some kickass study parties, though.

I don't complain nearly as much as I used to, which is pretty weird considering that I'm working a job far below my cognitive level. (My boss went to the same college as I did. Difference is, while I worked hard for my degree and focused on getting ahead, he cheated his way through so he could party. Ow. My ego.) It has a lot to do with the fact that this dude and his girlfriend moved out of our house. Long story. The short version is that she's a hussy and he's short-sighted. He complained a LOT about how he was better than everyone else in his classes, so he didn't go to his classes. So he didn't pass his classes. So... he pretty much reaped what he sowed. But because he complained, and I'm real big on empathy... I did the same.
But now he's gone, its me and my girlfriend and two other people... and empathy is taking a much needed break. ^^
We're all REALLY nerdy people. Its me (webcomic artist), my girl (Hetalia fanatic), our friend Vella (OCD, lolcats, musicals, math jokes, can recite the entirety of Futurama), and Joel (band nerd, Glee fan, med student).

LOL ya. Minus the webcomic artist bit, that's pretty much all us. Though, I mean...I'm studying animation. We're all cosplayers, gamers, and total internet junkies. hahaha And when we're not doing that, we're working our butts off telling ourselves our hard work better get us A's. >.<" Most of us played a musical instrument in the past or currently do. And..just...so on and so forth. I like being nerdy. I have more fun being nerdy and weird than trying to be mature and normal. 0.o
And that's good to hear. Empathy needs a break every now and then. Otherwise Empathy gets tired. =/

Ugh... Empathy is tired. That's why she's taking a vacation. Right now I think she's floating somewhere over the Bahamas.
Liz wants to dress me as a Girl Genius character for the next big convention... which should be in March. I'm scared of how dedicated she can be about this. o3o
Currently, we're all too busy trying to (with the exception of me who had already graduated) earn money so we can get back into school. My girl ran out of funding with only two classes and her thesis in Graphic Design left, Vella ran out two years ago and wants to go back and get her psych degree, and Joel's funds ran out when he had to go to the hospital. So I'm the only one with a degree in an apartment full of dropouts.
That, and my comic books, are really my only claims to fame. xDD

lol that sucks about funding. I hope they can all finish their degrees! :D But sometimes ya just gotta do what's necessary. One of my friends had to drop out from school, too, for lack of funding. I think she wants to go study Costume Design, though.
haha! How far is she trying to go with that cosplay. 'Cause you're probably in trouble if she decides crossplay would be fun. (-would totally put a boyfriend in a dress just once-)
I would so love to have a job, though. I just don't have the time for it. Which is horrible, considering all the debts I'm going to be dealing with straight out of school. :gonk:

An unfortunate consequence of seeking knowledge: poverty. =3=
She wants me to be Agatha. But that requires boning. We have settled for Zola.
I should mention, before there's any more confusion, that I'm female. xD
Having a job is really only great when you consider the alternative. I strongly doubt that if I had to move back in with my parents they would let me bring Liz with me. I'm trying to get myself recognized by the right people so I can boost my readership and maybe get some extra cash through donations, but that's all will of the people and... that sort of... thing.

OohhhH! I'm so sorry! I tend to relate people by the gender of their avatars. hahaha
lol well, ya. I wouldn't want a job if it weren't necessary in life. But it is and so I would like one so that I do not have to beg people for money constantly. I don't even like asking my parents for money because it makes me feel like a leech. So the sooner I can take care of myself, the better.

Its okay. I forgot that my avatar is male. xD
I'm in the same boat. My parents are more than willing to help me if I need money, but I always feel horrible about it afterwards. The job I have right now is pretty horrid, but I seem to be doing well enough not to get fired thus far. So I must be doing something right. My plan is to work there long enough to be able to request a transfer, and then once that option is available to me and I've had enough saved up, me and Liz are picking up everything and moving to an equality state. Since there's Walmarts everywhere, I can get a job anywhere if I can't find one in my field of study or my pipe dream of living off of donations doesn't happen.
We're probably going to Washington. They allow domestic partnerships and its PRETTY! *u*

oo! I've never been to Washington (state, I'm assuming), though I do have relatives there. I just can't make it all the way across the country right now. :gonk:
That sounds like a pretty decent plan. How long will it take before you're allowed to transfer?

I went to Seattle once when I was 12. If we weren't there for sobering reasons, I think I would have enjoyed it more. It was very green. <3
We can transfer after the 6 month mark, which is the 23rd of this month for me. The only reason I'm not packing my bags as we speak is that I don't have the funding to fly across the country just yet. And I'm waiting for Liz to get a job so that she isn't completely dependent on me... which may be a bit too much to ask at the moment.
Hmmm... nearly 7 am. This would be about the time that I start heading towards the bed. It was nice talking to another animation student again. I'll try to stop by here more often.
Ciao!

Ohh. Well, at least when by the time you two have built your funds and settled things so that you're ready to move you'll be able to job-wise. It sounds like a lovely place, though I'm rather terrified of how cold it might get. I can barely stand temperatures below 75 without a nice big sweatshirt to keep me warm.
It was nice talking to you, too! So glad there was someone else awake to keep me company. xD Usually it just gets very dead and I'm like "...well, this is fun."

@Taiyo: Morning!
Well. Happy and Hyena certainly kept the thread alive while I was sleeping  this makes me happy. I like a in depth conversation in the thread.
I confess that I only really read the first few posts after I logged off though, you guys were just typin' it up, eh? lmfao, I'm wicked tired today so I don't have it in me to read it all, but I will comment on therapists and say that my therapists is one of my favorite people in my life - not because I have any significant mental health issues, I'm one of those people that goes to the therapist to explore there mind and my therapist will just look at me and be like "What the fuck are you saying right now? Honestly. Think about it." He's ridiculous, and also brilliant. I had two people before him though that I had no respect for whatsoever and so we never really got far. It's important to find the right match with your therapist - that makes all the difference. Therapy can be really beneficial for anyone, and I personally see it as akin to regularly going to the gym or eating well - something to do for your own overall well being.
Tired BC is tired.

Ohhh, I graduate from Uni on the 26th of Nov! I'm kind of excited, kind of scared, a tad let down. Four years of study and a part of me wishes I had studied something else. There isn't exactly many places that I can get a job with this degree ^^;; (Studying fine art).

Wow, that sounds like a very interesting subject to study ^^. What are you going to do with your qualification? I'm currently wracking my brains on how to utilise this dang BFA. I'm thinking i'll have to try and get an apprenticeship with a master sculptor or something, and struggle by for the majority of my life xD;;

Up until this semester, I've been studying Business, but they kicked my ass out for not having a decent enough GPA. Well screw them! I'm switching to History.
Then I went to the History department yesterday, but surprise surprise, no advisors were there.

Yeah, especially since their *actual* office hours are while students are IN CLASS. Found that out from the receptionist dude who so kindly wrote their information down for me. So now I'm gonna have to send in an email for an appointment request, yadda yadda yadda, the whole shebang.
