I like Reba, she's a strong woman. I don't know her music at all, though. I just know her from her sitcom.
Ahh. Mark Twain. Love him. He's such a dork. "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt." True that, you cranky old man.
I'm really into Jessie J right now. She's such a sweetheart and has not yet ceased to astonish me.

I'm not really interested in anything recent save for my favorite band's last album which was released on my birthday back in the fall.

Hmm...I do really love Jessie. She's not that big here in the states yet, though. But I also love Sail by Awolnation and I believe it's called "The Sound" by Switchfoot...and even that isn't exactly "recent" in music standards now. There hasn't been much good stuff in the past few months...about five months, actually. Lol. Speaking of about half a year ago, though. I did fall in love with a new band called "White Lies" too. :D

The last recent band I got into was Anarbor. I don't usually like their kind of music but they were too catchy...And have a really cute singer.

I'm a lover of almost all genres of music...but the stuff that I actually keep around for years upon years I am rather picky about. Otherwise I'll listen to the stuff that's on the radio without much complaint. Will. Not. Listen. To. Country. However. I'm also pretty damned sick of Maroon 5.
Yeah. Anarbor is pretty good.
Goodnight Saro!

I also wanted to say...I really miss Smashmouth. I want some of those good oldies to come back! I mean, they still tour. But they haven't come out with anything new for a decade or so. T_T

Bahahaha! I was just looking at that on facebook.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers are a band that I was surprised are from the eighties. They've gotten a lot better since then. Their original stuff sucked! IMO, at the very least.

I love RHCP! Yeah their older stuff has more of a punk feel to it and I am definitely not a fan of most punk. I first really fell in love with them when I was in 7th grade and their Californication album came out. Otherside still makes me squeal.

Haha. I always knew there was a band called "Red Hot Chili Peppers" but I couldn't place their songs until just last year. I like them quite a bit now.
I hate pretty much all things punk. Green Day is up there...and I also dislike (shiz, I forgot who they were....um...) OH. My Chemical Romance. Only like "Black Parade" by them. Stereotypical, I know.
EDIT: Dang flabbit, I keep messing up my "there," "their," and "they're"s.
<---spelling and grammar nazi when it comes to herself, so hates it.

Yeah. I'm not sure what My Chemical Romance would be...maybe grunge? Hrm. It's also up there with Good Charlotte.
Put it straight up: I hate unnecessarily emo bands.
I grew up in the generation when Green Day was uber popular during my middle school years. I always thought they were f#*@*$! horrible, but nobody would ever agree with me. >.>

No no no, grunge has some AMAZING bands associated with it (i.e. Sound Garden).
Yeah I understand that. They were popular with my friends from middle school through high school. Nickelback is worse though.

True, true. I wasn't saying there weren't any good grunge bands. Just postulating on what the hell My Chemical Romance is. (I'm way too lazy to even look it up)
I think Nickleback is okay...borderline just "sufferable" sometimes. I only really liked "Burn it to the Ground" because that kind of stuff tickles my fancy for absolutely no reason. Kind of like Godsmack, lol. "Gotta Be Somebody" by Nickleback peeves me though. It's too lovey dovey. I can't stand idealistic love songs most of the time.

The only Nickelback songs I can stand are the really sexual ones because they make me laugh. I hate Photograph with a passion which sucks for me because it plays at work all the time.

My iPod is beginning to get around my circle of friends being known as the "sex pod." I love those dirty songs...which you totally wouldn't guess if you just saw me walking down the street. Get me to talk to you though, and it won't be long before you know my state of mind because of all the jokes I crack. Lol.
Nope. It finally drove me crazy, and I looked it up. Apparently they are pop punk. XP It also said alternative rock, but I feel that they give alternative rock a bad name so I'm going to resist calling them that.
Rage Against the Machine and Kings of Leon are getting really old for me because of how often my fave radio station plays them. Jason Derulo needs to take a hike off of their airwaves, too, though.

I understand the vampire and wolf obsession. But this new zombie phase...yeah...it makes no sense to me whatsoever. /is shot.
Screw that. I'd take a chainsaw to them and laugh maniacally. Though...in all honesty...if zombie hoards attacked the world, I'd probably just walk out into the middle of them and let them have me. I'd rather not live in a world as stupid as that. :XP
