This brings up a simple question of philosophy: "is it that the beer tastes different to us, or is it that it tastes the same to them, but they enjoy the flavor?"

I really enjoy Martini & Rossi, Asti. It's a really sweet sparkling wine. When I turn 21, I'll probably buy a couple bottles and get drunk off my ass on the stuff.

lol. It takes a considerable volume of stuff to get me drunk. Hence I do not drink to get drunk. And I don't really drink in public. If I need a drink I have a glass of wine or a shot at home. ...Considering how I'm feeling right now I think a glass is in order. ...I think the white zinfandel.

I've had beer one time, and I spit it out. >_<

I like...well I've had peach, blackberry, and strawberry wine that was really delicious.

I like some flavored vodkas, but I stay away from them for the most part. I don't feel like vodka is a good addiction to have.

I've only been off my ass drunk once, and like I said, that was when I was eight and I don't remember it. All I know is that if I drink just enough to get drunk I fall asleep. It'll be interested to see what a drunk Ely is really like, one day. They say that one's true personality is revealed when they're drunk. Thus: a mean drunk is truly a mean person at heart.

Is there something wrong, then, Saro?

Oh yes there always is with me. Lots of drama that I don't need to dump on you guys. I'm just glad I have someone to chat with tonight. It makes things more bearable. :)

Anyway. I've been really wanting to try this apple wine my mom used to like, and I need to try Chinese plumb wine. I hear it's sweet.

Ely:: Watermelon vodka is good. But no, vodka is not a good addiction to have. My dad was addicted to vodka. -_-
I am a happy, dancing drunk.

Saro:: Apple wine sounds really good.

My mother was an alcoholic when I was in middle school. It got pretty bad at the time, but now she's completely healed of all of that. She used to drink vodka a lot. You know it has gotten bad when someone is buying cheap vodka that costs like two dollars a liter.

I don't particularly like vodka.

No. You know it's gotten bad when they're drinking mouth wash because they've run out of alcohol. A.K.A. my uncle. He destroyed my family during my senior year of high school. I will never date a drinker, because of him.

I like Peppermint Schnapps.

I also really want to try the wine from a little vineyard in my town. I was flabbergasted to see we had one that was actually relatively popular in Colorado.

Well, if it gets too bad to deal with, saro, I'd listen.

Just... off. My mood has dropped which is normal, but... I don't know. I feel like something is wrong, and I don't know what.

Perhaps. For some reason I'm really digging the sad country songs tonight. That hasn't happened in years. XD

Lol. I drag out the Evanescence and sappy ass love songs when I'm sad. Or, the club music comes out, since it makes me happy and helps me out of my funk.

Within temptation is good for that too. Orchestral metal for the win. lol.

...They made a parody of F**K you by cee lo green. This is... odd.

Oh no, not sad country songs. I just can't listen to those when I'm sad. D:
Once, after my boyfriend and I broke up, my grandma took me shopping and this song called "Golden Ring" came on, and...oh my God. >_<

I'd like to hear the parody of Fuck You, though. XD

As for sad country songs I go with "two tear drops" at least that was the first one tonight.

A parody of that? I can see this going in bad directions. :XD

For me, the last break up I had I couldn't look at sunflowers for months (and, honestly, I don't remember what significance they held for us. >.> Regression is lovely.) and I also couldn't listen to Death Cab for Cutie, or the Absolutes without wanting to cry.

I listened to Numa Numa a lot, and read a lot of books to escape the world. That's how I deal with it...just forgetting as best I can unless I haven't any other choice.

Ah. There are some songs that almost make me cry because they remind me of certain girls. Though the memories they bring up are so sweet that sometimes I just don't care how it ended you know?

Mhm. Took me a second to try and think of something happy to dredge out of that horrible ending, but Howl's Moving Castle always reminds me of a sweet bit in that relationship.

There's this song called Jamie All Over, by Mayday Parade, that still makes me smile.
I try to think of good things.

Yeah. I admit to having issues with finding the silver lining in things sometimes, even though I openly admit to knowing there almost always is one.
