@Kita: Mhm. Mhm. I hate the bear-hug crud. I actually started to despise hugs because of my dad when I was a little girl because he hugs me so hard and/or awkwardly that I can't breathe. I really hate being crushed into people's shoulders, and I especially dislike hugging most guys because they tend not to understand that I am shorter than them and thus they either need to pick me up or bend down to hug me, or I'm left with a nose full of shirt/an extremely awkwardly positioned neck.

This is why Ely has begun to appreciate slightly shorter-than-average men. :D :lol:

I give hugs like candy too. lol.

My family was very unaffectionate when I was a child, so to me hugs are a special thing that I give when I really care for a person. If you're the one I love more than the world I probably won't ever let you go, though. Lol. I'm very affectionate when it comes to lovers.

And like I said earlier about the times when I don't want to be touched, a few people can still touch me. Like my mom and grandma.

My ex was only a couple of inches taller than me. I liked it. Made for good hugs. :) I've also recently discovered that I dislike big men. Way taller than me or really buff kinda scares me. I really don't like feeling intimidated.

I do think hugs are very special, but I also think people need them more often than you might believe.

I'm extremely affectionate and have been accused of being very kind, to the point of a fault. ...I have this nasty tendency to not care about myself getting hurt if someone else will get to be happier.

I'm 5'6", he was 5'9". So not short as hell, but cuddly. :)

I'm 6', but my mom is 5' so I'm used to hugging short people. lol. :)

I'm not that tall either, dunno how tall I am in feet and inches but in centimetres I'm about 167cm. Which is pretty average.

It was. :) I've had a very stressful week. I had to go to class and take a test, though. I came back out to resume my nap and it was cold and windy. Colorado weather. :D

Oh I've heard such crazy things about Colorado weather. It snows in the summer sometimes, doesn't it?

Blast, man. We didn't even have a winter this year. It snowed a lot in the mountains, but everywhere else it rarely got below 60 degrees. Definitely never lower than 50. And yes. I have experienced snow in June before...right after a day of 90 degree weather. :lol:

I don't know where you are Ely, but it got below thirty every night for two months in Denver. lol. ...Which just shows the weirdness that is our weather. lol. And then we got about eight hundred gallons per square inch of rain. XD ...Which is why everyone else is flooding now.

Ugh. It rained last night, but it's back to 90 again. I really wish my air conditioning was working, lol.

Yeah. We need to get it fixed soon or get stronger fans or more of them though. It's starting to get out of control.

I'm sorry. I hate the heat in the summer. In winter if you're too cold, you get a blanket, and you're good. In summer if you're too hot, you're just too hot. Especially when you can't afford the electricity for ac, or a bunch of fans.

Yeah. It sucks. We have to get the landlord in to fix it, and my Mom's worried he'll evict us when he sees how messy the place is.

Then clean up first.

I don't think he can actually evict you for that, unless his property has been damaged. If he can, then your rental agreement is really strict.

@Saro: Lol. I wasn't talking about the night time. During the day time here it never got below 50-ish degrees except for the three times that it snowed. If I ain't awake it didn't happen. ;) The flooding shit in other states is mostly from the amount of snow we got in the winter, not just the rain we got in April and May.

Also, I live 45 miles north of Denver. :)

And believe me, when I say it's far enough that the weather is different. My ex fiance went to school at Northern up in Greely. The weather was always completely different. It's so weird because of the mountains. They screw with wind currents, and make weather do strange things.

The ocean does the opposite.
