I saw another one of those damnable back-to-school commercials today. Despite the fact that I'm in summer school, I almost kicked a shoe into the t.v. ><

Chances are I'm going to be moving out of state, and I can't leave her :( I think my boyfriend's mom said I can bring her with me if I stay with them, so that's cool. :) I'm seriously attached to this cat. My mom got her for me when I was fifteen because I was extremely depressed and she was my only friend in the world for a little while. ><
I have another kitty, Cloe, but I will leave her with my parents when I move. Its hard enough to get an apartment with one animal (but I will smuggle S.P. in if it comes to that :ninja: ) But the main reason I think it would be better to leave her is that she is SUPER nervous and skittish, and when we moved to this house she got ill and her fur fell out and crazy stuff. :gonk: She's only gotten better in the last few months and I don't want to shock her system again.

I like my hair up. But it seems like I've been wearing it down ALL the time lately. Which is okay, because I look good with my hair down. But it gets in my face and drives me mad. >.o I don't have my headband that I wore ALL the time, because my brother "accidentally" stepped on it and broke it.
But I like wearing it up, so it doesn't distract me. I wear it in a bun. Not only does it keep my hair out of my face, but I can keep pencils/pens stuck in it when I'm working on something. :) Double uses.
By the way Ely, your avatar looks very nice.

Why thank you, Kita. :) I've been admiring your avatar the last couple of days, too.
I think from 7th to 12th grade there were five days, total, that I wore my hair in anything but a bun. :ninja: I don't know why I always thought it was hideous down when it's actually kinda really pretty. *shakes head at self* Middle school was bad for my self esteem. XP

Gosh darn it. I want a haircut sooooo bad, looking at the pictures of the beautiful one I had a couple of months ago. >.> >.> >.>

Thank you. :) I quite like it myself. Favorite colorsssss. Lol.
I had long long hair in middle school. It was down to my ass. But then I cut it all off when I was fifteen. I cut it VERY short and had it like that (not exactly the same cut, but always short) until quite recently. Now its getting long again. :) I like my hair long because it looks best that way, but I needed to get rid of it back then for personal reasons. I've finally gotten over those issues, so now I'm letting it grow out again.
High school was what was bad for my self image/esteem. Extremely bad. Everyone seems to have hated middle school or Jr. High, but those were my favorite times in school. XD
Edit// I want a haircut too. Just to have bangs. I found a picture in a magazine of Stevie Nicks, and I want my hair cut like her's is in the picture. It will be pretty much the same length, just with bangs and a bit of layering.

Yeah. Hair turns into a social blanket sometimes. I got a really different haircut last March? when I was still heartbroken over my ex because he always loved my hair. It wasn't drastic, but seven inches did come off. I also had gawgeous asymmetrical bangs. It's grown out and I look like I have a mop on my head at this point, so I'm going to try my hardest to get it fixed tomorrow.

I like to have my hair down because of how it frames my face. But my hair is too long for me to do much and I hate having my hair up because of my face looking pretty fat with it and all of my hair is back. If I have it up and take the time to look good, I'll have a few strands out so it can kind of frame my face ^^"

Well, I spent the day with my friend. I don't know if you all remember that I mentioned she's pregnant at 19. I'm worried as heck about her. Hopefully everything'll be okay.
I am so tired right now.

We all do. It's hard seeing her so stressed. She's been away for so long that I forgot why I loved her so much, and now that I've got her back, I remember, and hate having to see her this way.
I'm having a lazy day tomorrow. As much as possible, anyway. Hopefully I get to see Water for Elephants at the $2 theater with my dad tomorrow.

Of course that is not the way to get rid of the stress. I'm sure she'll be fine. Being pregnant is something that is stressful at times to make sure you're doing stuff right ^^"

Ser:: I haven't really been busy but I've just been tired. I haven't been sleeping very well, since my grandpa died, and I think its just all catching up with me. XP
I'm tired today too. But I have been a little busy today. Dealing with the circus that is my family. x_x
Ely:: Well she will find a way to make it work, I'm sure. :) I've had friends that have been in her position (not exactly the same, but you know what I mean) and all of them have made it work. Ky isn't doing as well as the rest of them, but....well she has a lot of issues happening right now, and most of it is pretty much out of her control.

 Yeah, I know what you mean Kita, 'tis hard times when stuff like that happens. It's been over 10 years since my grandpa died and I vaguely remember how it was on my family. It didn't really hit me for a few weeks (He died in'97 a few months before my 10th birthday)
@Vix: because there are other ways to deal with stuff without hurting people :P
@Ely: Sounds like me and my closest female friend. ^^ We're both crazy in a sense. I miss her. Why the heck did she have to move to Ireland :(

Well, my grandpa was like a father to me. So its really hard.
My own dad was always drunk and a lot of the time was high when I was really little, and then he was in prison, and while he was there he was diagnosed with a liver disease, so since then he has been sick. And after he got sick he totally changed (he was still a sweet dad when I was little) he became abusive especially emotionally. He still is.
My mom raised me with my grandparents.
I usually talk about my dad like he's dead, because he is dead to me, what's left is not my dad that I loved, he is a totally different creature.
So I replaced him with my grandpa in the "dad" role. He took care of me, and I did stuff with him that most people do with their dad. I celebrated father's day with him every year, not with my dad.
I feel a little lost actually. It hasn't totally hit me yet, I don't think.
My only comfort is that my grandpa isn't suffering anymore. He was in so much pain. :(

*hug* yeah. I can see that. It hit my cousin hard, he was 6 when my grandfather died. My cousin has a dad but he lived with my aunt and was babysat by my grandparents when he was in school, so he was raised by my grandparents when his mom was at work. Yeah, think of that, he's no longer suffering in the pain he was in before he passed.

I try to think of that. He had cancer, and I know he was in a lot of pain, and I feel a little selfish for wishing I could have kept him with us longer. >.o He's in a better place now, so that is my happy thought when I get really upset.

Yeah, I can see that. My "sister's" mom died of cancer when we were 9 and that was hard on her. But, to think of it nicely, she wasn't in any pain when she went. She slipped into a coma the day before she died. I still remember when my friend came home from the hospital and told us. The next day our teacher mentioned it in class to us since my friend wasn't in class that day. One of these days since Janelle (friend/sister) isn't in the country anymore. I'm going to go to where mom judy is buried and visit her grave for her at least once or twice a year.
