Remove it soon. It can kill you, you can't vent heat from anywhere covered in the stuff. People in the seventies and eighties used to do that to loose weight. A lot of them dropped from heat stroke.

So don't keep it on too long.

Good Moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooorning everyone~! It's a glorious Sunday, the birds are shinning, I have a pile of homework to be done and a bones episode to watch, then work. How is everyone else?

Blah. I'm procrastinating on adding the finishing touches to my speech.

Ugh, I'm so tired.. I was working all night at the pub I'm living above, there's a festival going on this weekend in the neighbourhood and we're having after parties at the pub.. 2am-9am! It's 7pm now and I woke up an hour ago, so at least I did have a decent sleep, but I'm still exhausted, and I'm working again tonight from midnight. Need to try to get up though, especially as our landlord just got me and my friends some extra tickets for the festival!

And at least I have tomorrow off.. I swear I'm going to sleep all day tomorrow..
