Will you accept items for the Medal? Anything you're looking for in particular (like a quest thread list) or should I just toss and offer out there?

Add in a bit of gold in addition to those (that or a mad monk) and it's yours.
Not entirely sure what to price it at to be entirely truthful, since people don't ever sell them.
